విష్ణు మంచు స్వప్న ప్రాజెక్ట్ ‘కన్నప్ప’ ట్రైలర్‌ను శనివారం నాడు కోచ్చిలో ఆవిష్కరించారు. అవా ఎంటర్టైన్‌మెంట్, 24 ఫ్రేమ్స్ ఫ్యాక్టరీ సంస్థలపై మోహన్ బాబు నిర్మించిన ఈ చిత్రానికి ముఖేష్ కుమార్ సింగ్ దర్శకత్వం వహించారు. ఈ చిత్రం జూన్ 27న ప్రపంచవ్యాప్తంగా విడుదల కానుంది.
ఈ సందర్భంగా మోహన్‌లాల్ మాట్లాడుతూ,
‘‘ప్యాన్ ఇండియా సినిమా ట్రెండ్ నడుస్తోంది. భాషా హద్దులు లేకుండా చిత్రాలు వస్తున్నాయి. ఇంత గొప్ప సినిమాలో భాగం కావడం ఆనందంగా ఉంది. మోహన్ బాబు ఫ్యామిలీ అంటే మా ఫ్యామిలీ. శివుడి ఆశీస్సులు ఈ సినిమాపై ఉండాలి’’ అన్నారు.
మోహన్ బాబు మాట్లాడుతూ,
‘‘మోహన్‌లాల్ నాకు సోదరుడి లాంటి వారు. తుడరుమ్ కంటే ఎక్కువ కలెక్షన్స్ ఇవ్వాలని అభిమానులను కోరుకుంటున్నాను. ఆయన నా ప్రాజెక్ట్ కోసం ఒక్క రూపాయి కూడా తీసుకోలేదు’’ అని చెప్పారు.
విష్ణు మంచు మాట్లాడుతూ,
‘‘మోహన్‌లాల్ తో స్క్రీన్ షేర్ చేయడం నా పూర్వ జన్మ సుకృతం. ఆయన ప్రభావం అన్ని తరాలపై ఉంటుంది. ఈ మూవీ ఆ శివుడి ఆశీస్సుతో జరిగినది’’ అన్నారు.
ముఖేష్ కుమార్ సింగ్ మాట్లాడుతూ,
‘‘ఈ మూవీ శివుడిపై మేము చేసిన ప్రార్థన. మోహన్ బాబు, మోహన్‌లాల్ వంటి నటులతో పనిచేయడం అరుదైన అవకాశంగా భావిస్తున్నాను’’ అన్నారు.
ఇక అర్పిత్ రంకా, ముఖేష్ రిషి, ఆంటోని పెరంబవూర్ లు కూడా తమ అభిప్రాయాలను వ్యక్తపరిచారు. ‘‘ఈ మూవీని శివుడు ఆశీర్వదిస్తాడు’’ అన్నారు.

The trailer of the highly anticipated pan-Indian devotional epic ‘Kannappa’ was launched grandly in Kochi. The film, produced by Mohan Babu under Ava Entertainment and 24 Frames Factory, is directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh and stars Vishnu Manchu in the lead role. The trailer has sparked excitement nationwide and the film is slated for release on June 27 globally.
At the event, legendary actor Mohanlal expressed his joy, saying,
“Pan-Indian cinema is breaking language barriers. I feel honored to be a part of this divine project. Mohan Babu’s family is like my own. May Lord Shiva bless ‘Kannappa’ with success.”
Actor-producer Mohan Babu emotionally recalled,
“Mohanlal is like a brother to me. He hasn’t changed in decades—pure at heart and soul. For this film, he hasn’t charged a single rupee. I’m indebted to him forever. I request fans to bless us with more collections than ‘Tudaram’.”
Vishnu Manchu said,
“Acting alongside Mohanlal is a blessing from my past life. He is family. This film is Lord Shiva’s blessing and the trailer shows his powerful role.”
Director Mukesh Kumar Singh added,
“We made ‘Kannappa’ as a prayer to Lord Shiva. With devotion, not just creativity. Working with both Mohans—Mohanlal and Mohan Babu—was a dream.”
