కడప ఎంపీ అవినాష్ రెడ్డి కేంద్ర రైల్వే శాఖ మంత్రిని కలిసి రాయలసీమకు సంబంధించిన రైల్వే సమస్యలపై వినతి పత్రం సమర్పించారు.

కేంద్ర రైల్వే శాఖ మంత్రి అశ్విని వైష్ణవ్‌ను బుధవారం ఢిల్లీలో ఎంపీ చాంబర్లో కడప పార్లమెంటు సభ్యుడు వైఎస్ అవినాష్ రెడ్డి కలిశారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా రాయలసీమ ప్రాంత ప్రజలు ఎదుర్కొంటున్న రైల్వే సంబంధిత సమస్యలపై చర్చించారు. అనంతరం వినతిపత్రం అందజేశారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా ఎంపీ మాట్లాడుతూ… కడపలోని రాయచోటి రోడ్డులో ఊటుకూరు, పకృతి నగర్ ప్రాంతాల ప్రజలు, విద్యార్థులకు రాకపోకలకు తీవ్ర ఇబ్బందులు ఎదురవుతున్నాయని, అందుకే ఆ ప్రాంతంలో రైల్వే అండర్ బ్రిడ్జి నిర్మించాల్సిందిగా విజ్ఞప్తి చేశానన్నారు.
ఎల్‌సి 122 వద్ద రైల్వే అండర్ బ్రిడ్జి మంజూరు చేయాలని కోరినట్టు వెల్లడించారు.
ఇక చెన్నై–అహ్మదాబాద్ మధ్య నడిచే హంసఫర్ ఎక్స్‌ప్రెస్‌కు కడపలో స్టాప్ ఇవ్వాలని కూడా కోరినట్టు చెప్పారు.
తిరుపతి–షిరిడీ మధ్య నడుస్తున్న రైలు రోజూ నడపాలని, ప్రస్తుతం అది వారంలో కొన్ని రోజులు మాత్రమే నడుస్తుండడంతో ప్రయాణికులకు అసౌకర్యం ఏర్పడుతోందని మంత్రికి తెలియజేశానన్నారు.
కేంద్ర మంత్రి అన్ని అంశాలపైనా సానుకూలంగా స్పందించారని ఎంపీ తెలిపారు.

Kadapa Member of Parliament YS Avinash Reddy met Union Minister for Railways Ashwini Vaishnaw on Wednesday in New Delhi and discussed several railway-related challenges being faced in the Rayalaseema region. After the discussion, the MP submitted a formal representation seeking immediate attention to specific local issues.
Avinash Reddy stated that he urged the minister to approve the construction of a railway underbridge on Rayachoti Road in Kadapa, especially near areas like Utukuru and Prakruti Nagar, where local residents and students are facing daily inconvenience due to the absence of proper crossings.
He specifically requested the sanction of a railway underpass at Level Crossing (LC) No. 122 to ensure safe and uninterrupted local travel.
The MP also appealed to the minister to grant a stoppage for the Chennai–Ahmedabad Humsafar Express at Kadapa station, considering the high passenger demand from the region.
Additionally, he proposed making the Tirupati–Shirdi train a daily service instead of its current limited schedule, stating that the current frequency is not sufficient to meet public demand.
Avinash Reddy concluded by stating that the Union Minister responded positively to all the suggestions and assured him that the issues would be taken up seriously.
