హైకోర్టు అదనపు న్యాయమూర్తిగా జస్టిస్ తుహిన్ కుమార్ గేదెల ప్రమాణం చేశారు. ముఖ్య న్యాయమూర్తి ధీరజ్‌సింగ్ ఠాకూర్ సమక్షంలో బాధ్యతలు స్వీకరించారు.
ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ హైకోర్టు అదనపు న్యాయమూర్తిగా జస్టిస్ తుహిన్ కుమార్ గేదెల సోమవారం ప్రమాణ స్వీకారం చేశారు. హైకోర్టు ప్రధాన న్యాయమూర్తి ధీరజ్‌సింగ్ ఠాకూర్ చేతుల మీదుగా ఆయన ప్రమాణం చేశారు. రాష్ట్రపతి ద్రౌపది ముర్ము ఆదేశాల మేరకు, అదనపు న్యాయమూర్తిగా బాధ్యతలు చేపట్టిన తేదీ నుంచి రెండేళ్ల పాటు ఆయన ఈ పదవిలో కొనసాగనున్నారు.
హైకోర్టు మొదటి కోర్టు హాల్లో జరిగిన ప్రమాణ స్వీకార కార్యక్రమంలో పలువురు న్యాయమూర్తులు, అడ్వకేట్ జనరల్ దమ్మాలపాటి శ్రీనివాస్, ఏపీ బార్ కౌన్సిల్ అధ్యక్షుడు ద్వారకానాధ్ రెడ్డి, హైకోర్టు న్యాయవాదుల సంఘం అధ్యక్షుడు కె.చిదంబరం, అదనపు సొలిసిటర్ జనరల్ ధనంజయ, అదనపు అడ్వకేట్ జనరల్ పి.సాంబశివ ప్రతాప్, పబ్లిక్ ప్రాసిక్యూటర్ ఎం.లక్ష్మీనారాయణ, హైకోర్టు రిజిస్ట్రార్ జనరల్ పార్థసారధి, ఇతర రిజిస్ట్రార్లు, సీనియర్ న్యాయవాదులు, బార్ అసోసియేషన్, బార్ కౌన్సిల్ సభ్యులు, ఏపీ లీగల్ సర్వీసెస్ అథారిటీ, ఏపీ జుడీషియల్ అకాడమీ ప్రతినిధులు తదితరులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
Justice Tuhin Kumar Gaudel was sworn in as an Additional Judge of the Andhra Pradesh High Court on Monday. The oath was administered by Chief Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur. As per the orders issued by the President of India, Droupadi Murmu, he will serve in this position for a term of two years from the date he assumes charge.
The swearing-in ceremony took place in Court Hall No. 1 of the High Court. Several dignitaries attended the event, including High Court judges, Advocate General Dammalapati Srinivas, AP Bar Council Chairman Dwarakanadh Reddy, High Court Advocates Association President K. Chidambaram, Additional Solicitor General Dhananjay, Additional Advocate General P. Sambasiva Pratap, Public Prosecutor M. Lakshminarayana, Registrar General Parthasarathi, other registrars, senior advocates, members of the Bar Association and Bar Council, representatives from the AP Legal Services Authority, and the AP Judicial Academy.
