మాజీ ఎంపిటీసీ ఆత్మహత్యాయత్నం – భూమి కబ్జా, వేధింపులపై ఆరోపణ

తంగళ్లపల్లి మండలం అంకుశాపూర్ గ్రామానికి చెందిన మాజీ ఎంపిటీసీ కుంటయ్య ఆత్మహత్యాయత్నం చేశాడు. తన భూమిని గ్రామానికి చెందిన ఇద్దరు వ్యక్తులు కబ్జా చేసేందుకు ప్రయత్నించి, వేధింపులకు పాల్పడుతున్నారని ఆరోపిస్తూ సూసైడ్ నోట్ రాశాడు.
ఆ సూసైడ్ నోట్‌ను వాట్సాప్ స్టేటస్‌లో పెట్టిన కుంటయ్య, అనంతరం పురుగుల మందు తాగాడు. కుటుంబ సభ్యులు ఇచ్చిన సమాచారం మేరకు పోలీసులు అతడి లొకేషన్‌ను గుర్తించి, అపస్మారక స్థితిలో ఆసుపత్రికి తరలించారు. పరిస్థితి విషమంగా ఉండటంతో ప్రైవేట్ ఆసుపత్రికి తరలించారు.
వేధింపులకు పాల్పడుతున్న వారిపై చర్యలు తీసుకొని కుటుంబానికి న్యాయం చేయాలని కేటీఆర్‌కు కోరుతూ సూసైడ్ నోట్‌లో పేర్కొన్నాడు. కుంటయ్యకు భార్య విజయ, ఇద్దరు కుమార్తెలు భార్గవి, దీక్షిత ఉన్నారు.
పోలీసులు కేసు నమోదు చేసి దర్యాప్తు ప్రారంభించారు.
Former MPTC Attempts Suicide in Sircilla Over Alleged Land Grab and Harassment
Rajanna Sircilla, June 17:
Kunthayya, a former MPTC of Ankushapur village under Tangallapalli mandal, allegedly attempted suicide after accusing two villagers of illegally encroaching on his land and harassing him.
According to initial reports, Kunthayya wrote a suicide note detailing the harassment he faced and posted it as his WhatsApp status. He then consumed pesticide in an attempt to end his life. Following a complaint by his family, police traced his location and rushed him to a nearby area hospital. Due to his critical condition, he was later shifted to a private hospital for better treatment.
In the note, Kunthayya requested BRS working president KTR to take action against those harassing him and ensure justice for his family. He is survived by his wife Vijaya and two daughters, Bhargavi and Deekshitha.
Police have launched an investigation and are verifying the details of the allegations and the identities of those named in the suicide note.
