ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ప్రభుత్వం బనకచర్ల ప్రాజెక్టు ద్వారా తెలంగాణకు అన్యాయంగా నీటిని తరలించేందుకు యత్నిస్తుండగా, కేంద్రం మౌనంగా ఉండటం ఆందోళనకరమని మాజీ మంత్రి, సిద్ధిపేట ఎమ్మెల్యే తన్నీరు హరీష్ రావు విమర్శించారు.
శనివారం తెలంగాణ భవన్‌లో జరిగిన మీడియా సమావేశంలో బనకచర్ల ప్రాజెక్టుపై పవర్ పాయింట్ ప్రెజెంటేషన్ ఇస్తూ మాట్లాడిన హరీష్ రావు,
“ఎపి జల దోపిడికి బిజెపి పార్టీ సంపూర్ణ మద్దతు ఇవ్వడం దారుణం. రాష్ట్రానికి చెందిన ఇద్దరు కేంద్ర మంత్రులు కిషన్ రెడ్డి, బండి సంజయ్ ఈ అంశంపై ప్రధాని వద్ద స్పందన తీసుకురావాలి” అని కోరారు.
పునర్విభజన చట్టం ప్రకారం నీటి పంపకాలు న్యాయసమ్మతంగా ఉండాలన్నా, కేంద్రం ఎపికి నిధులు మంజూరు చేస్తూ తెలంగాణను అన్యాయపరిచేస్తోందని ఆరోపించారు. కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం కూడా ఈ వ్యవహారంలో నిర్లక్ష్యం వహిస్తోందని తీవ్ర స్థాయిలో ధ్వజమెత్తారు.
బీఆర్ఎస్ పార్టీ డిమాండ్:
- అఖిలపక్ష సమావేశం నిర్వహించాలి
- తెలంగాణ అసెంబ్లీలో ప్రత్యేక తీర్మానం చేసి కేంద్రానికి పంపాలి
- లేకపోతే, ప్రజా పోరాటానికి, న్యాయ పోరాటానికి సిద్ధమవుతామని హెచ్చరించారు
BJP Supporting Andhra’s Water Grab: Harish Rao
Hyderabad, June 14 (Express News):
Former minister and Siddipet MLA T. Harish Rao alleged that the Andhra Pradesh government is attempting to divert Telangana’s water through the Banakacharla project and accused the BJP of fully supporting this injustice.
Addressing a press conference at Telangana Bhavan on Saturday, Harish Rao gave a detailed PowerPoint presentation on the issue and stated:
“Despite clear violations of the Reorganization Act, the BJP-led central government is silently supporting AP’s illegal projects while Congress in Telangana remains a mute spectator.”
He demanded that Union Ministers Kishan Reddy and Bandi Sanjay raise the issue with the Prime Minister immediately and ensure justice to Telangana.
BRS Demands:
- An all-party meeting by Congress government
- Special Assembly session to pass a resolution against Banakacharla
- Otherwise, BRS will launch a legal and public agitation
