ఏపీలో నాలా చట్టం రద్దు ఖాయం – ముసాయిదా సిద్ధం చేస్తోన్న కేబినెట్ ఉపసంఘం

ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రెవెన్యూ వ్యవస్థలో కీలక మార్పులకు శ్రీకారం చుడుతోంది ప్రభుత్వం. వ్యవసాయ భూములను వ్యవసాయేతర అవసరాలకు మార్పిడి చేసేందుకు 2006లో ప్రవేశపెట్టిన నాలా చట్టాన్ని (AP Agriculture Land Conversion for Non-Agricultural Purposes Act) రద్దు చేసేందుకు సిద్ధమైంది.
ఈ దిశగా ఏర్పాటు చేసిన మంత్రివర్గ ఉపసంఘం ఇప్పటికే మూడు సార్లు సమావేశమైంది. బుధవారం వెలగపూడిలో జరిగిన సమావేశంలో రాష్ట్ర రెవెన్యూ శాఖ మంత్రి అనగాని సత్యప్రసాద్, మంత్రులు పయ్యావుల కేశవ్, పి. నారాయణ తదితరులు పాల్గొన్నారు. ప్రజలకు అనవసరంగా కార్యాలయాల చుట్టూ తిరిగే పరిస్థితిని తొలగించేందుకు నాలా రద్దు నిర్ణయం తీసుకున్నామని ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబు కలెక్టర్ల సమావేశంలో ప్రకటించారు.
నాలా ట్యాక్స్ భారీగా ఉన్నందున పలు సంఘాల నుండి అభ్యంతరాలు వచ్చిన విషయాన్ని పురస్కరించుకుని, ఆ ట్యాక్స్‌ను తగ్గించేలా ప్రతిపాదనలు సిద్ధం చేయాలని మంత్రివర్గ ఉపసంఘం అధికారులను ఆదేశించింది. వీలైతే ఈ ప్రతిపాదనలను జూన్ 19న జరిగే మంత్రివర్గ సమావేశంలో చర్చకు పెట్టనున్నారు.
NALA Act to be Repealed in Andhra Pradesh – Cabinet Subcommittee Drafting Final Policy

The Andhra Pradesh government is preparing for a major reform in its revenue system by repealing the NALA Act (AP Agricultural Land – Conversion for Non-Agricultural Purposes Act, 2006). A Cabinet subcommittee has been reviewing all related aspects in depth and is now working on drafting the final policy proposals.
Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu announced the repeal at the third Collectors’ Conference. He emphasized the need to eliminate bureaucratic hurdles in land conversion processes, aiming to implement an automatic system once tax is paid.
Municipal Administration Minister P. Narayana stated that people have long faced difficulties due to the NALA Act and its high tax rate. He said suggestions are being drafted to reduce the tax burden as well. These proposals may be tabled in the upcoming cabinet meeting on June 19.
