Allu Cinemas, one of India’s largest Dolby theatres, inaugurated at Kokapet with Telangana government reiterating support for film industry growth.
శామీర్పేట్/హైదరాబాద్, మార్చి 12: సినిమా రంగం కూడా ఒక ప్రధాన పరిశ్రమగా ఎదిగి తెలంగాణ అభివృద్ధిలో భాగస్వామ్యం కావాలని రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ లక్ష్యమని ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి తెలిపారు. సినిమా పరిశ్రమ అభివృద్ధికి ప్రభుత్వం అన్ని విధాలుగా సహకారం అందిస్తుందని చెప్పారు.
కోకాపేటలో సినీ నిర్మాత అల్లు అరవింద్ కుటుంబం నిర్మించిన దేశంలోని అతిపెద్ద డాల్బీ థియేటర్ అల్లు సినిమాస్ను ముఖ్యమంత్రి ప్రారంభించారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా మాట్లాడుతూ తెలంగాణలో సమాచార సాంకేతిక, ఔషధ రంగాల తరహాలో సినిమా రంగం కూడా అభివృద్ధి చెందాలని ఆకాంక్షించారు.
సినిమాలు ముఖ్యంగా మధ్య తరగతి ప్రజలపై ఎక్కువ ప్రభావం చూపుతాయని, జీవిత నిర్ణయాలు తీసుకోవడంలో మరియు సామాజిక అవగాహన పెంపొందించడంలో సినిమాల పాత్ర ముఖ్యమని పేర్కొన్నారు.
హాలీవుడ్ సినిమాలు చూసే స్థాయికి మాత్రమే కాకుండా అలాంటి సినిమాలు నిర్మించే స్థాయికి తెలుగు సినిమా రంగం ఎదగాలని సూచించారు. తెలంగాణలో సినిమా రంగాన్ని జ్ఞాన కేంద్రంగా అభివృద్ధి చేస్తే అంతర్జాతీయ స్థాయి చిత్రాలు నిర్మించగలమని తెలిపారు. తెలుగు సినిమా రంగం దేశవ్యాప్తంగా మాత్రమే కాకుండా హాలీవుడ్తో కూడా పోటీ పడాలని అన్నారు.
అల్లు అరవింద్ కుటుంబం నిర్మించిన ఈ ఆధునిక డాల్బీ థియేటర్ తెలంగాణకు ప్రత్యేక గుర్తింపు తీసుకువస్తుందని ఆశాభావం వ్యక్తం చేశారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో ఉప ముఖ్యమంత్రి భట్టి విక్రమార్క, ఎమ్మెల్యే కుందూరు జయవీర్, నిర్మాత అల్లు అరవింద్, తెలంగాణ ఫిల్మ్ డెవలప్మెంట్ కార్పొరేషన్ చైర్మన్ దిల్ రాజు, నటుడు అల్లు అర్జున్తో పాటు సినీ రంగానికి చెందిన పలువురు ప్రముఖులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
Hyderabad, March 12: Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy said the state government is committed to supporting the film industry and developing it as a major sector contributing to the state’s growth.
He inaugurated Allu Cinemas, one of the country’s largest Dolby theatres, constructed by producer Allu Aravind’s family at Kokapet. Speaking on the occasion, he expressed hope that the Telangana film sector would grow on par with the IT and pharmaceutical industries.
The Chief Minister said cinema has a significant influence, especially on the middle class, and plays an important role in shaping social awareness and life decisions.
He encouraged the Telugu film industry not only to watch Hollywood films but also to reach a level where it can produce films of international standards. He said the industry in Telangana should evolve into a knowledge hub to enable the making of world-class films and compete globally, not just at the national level.
He also expressed confidence that the Dolby theatre built by Allu Aravind’s family would bring recognition to Telangana.
Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka, MLA Kunduru Jayaveer, producer Allu Aravind, Telangana Film Development Corporation Chairman Dil Raju, actor Allu Arjun and several film personalities attended the inauguration.
