Aliabad Municipal Development Funds Approved in Medchal Telangana

మెద్చల్ జిల్లా శామీర్పేట్ మండలంలోని అలియాబాద్ మున్సిపాలిటీలో అభివృద్ధి పనులకు నిధులు కేటాయిస్తూ తొలి సాధారణ సమావేశం జరిగింది. మున్సిపల్ చైర్పర్సన్ కంఠం శిరీష కృష్ణారెడ్డి అధ్యక్షతన ఈ సమావేశం నిర్వహించారు.
ఈ సమావేశంలో మున్సిపాలిటీ పరిధిలోని 20 వార్డులకు ప్రతి వార్డుకు రూ.5 లక్షల చొప్పున మొత్తం రూ.1 కోటి నిధులు కేటాయిస్తూ తీర్మానం చేశారు. అభివృద్ధి పనులను దశల వారీగా చేపట్టాలని నిర్ణయించారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా చైర్పర్సన్ కంఠం శిరీష కృష్ణారెడ్డి మాట్లాడుతూ, పార్టీలకు అతీతంగా అలియాబాద్ మున్సిపాలిటీ అభివృద్ధికి కౌన్సిలర్లు అందరూ సహకరించాలని కోరారు. ప్రజల సమస్యలను గుర్తించి, వాటి పరిష్కారానికి తగిన చర్యలు తీసుకుంటామని తెలిపారు.
అలాగే మున్సిపల్ ఆదాయం పెంచేందుకు అధికారులు 100 శాతం పన్నులు, ట్రేడ్ లైసెన్స్ ఫీజులు వసూలు చేయాలని సూచించారు. ఇది అభివృద్ధి పనులకు కీలకమని పేర్కొన్నారు.
ఈ సమావేశంలో కమిషనర్ చంద్రశేఖర్, వైస్ చైర్పర్సన్ కన్రెడ్డి మాలతి, కౌన్సిలర్లు, డిప్యూటీ ఈఈ నరసింహ రాజు, టీపీఓ వికాస్, ఏఈ సనా షాహిన్, మేనేజర్ శ్రీనివాస్ రెడ్డి, ఆర్వో వేణుగోపాల్, శానిటరీ ఇన్స్పెక్టర్ శ్రీనివాస్ తదితరులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
తెలంగాణలో స్థానిక సంస్థల అభివృద్ధిలో భాగంగా అలియాబాద్ మున్సిపాలిటీలో తీసుకున్న ఈ నిర్ణయం ప్రజలకు మౌలిక వసతులు మెరుగుపడేందుకు దోహదం చేయనుంది.

A general body meeting was held at Aliabad Municipality in Shamirpet mandal of Medchal district, Telangana, where development funds were approved for civic works. The meeting was chaired by Municipal Chairperson Kantham Shirisha Krishna Reddy.
During the meeting, a resolution was passed to allocate ₹1 crore for development works, distributing ₹5 lakh to each of the 20 wards under the municipality. The works are planned to be executed in phases to address local issues effectively.
Speaking on the occasion, Chairperson Shirisha Krishna Reddy urged all councillors to work collectively beyond political differences for the development of Aliabad municipality. She assured that priority would be given to resolving public grievances in a systematic manner.
Officials were also instructed to ensure 100% collection of taxes and trade license fees to strengthen municipal revenue, which is essential for carrying out development activities.
The meeting was attended by Commissioner Chandrasekhar, Vice Chairperson Kan Reddy Malathi, councillors, Deputy EE Narasimha Raju, TPO Vikas, AE Sana Shaheen, Manager Srinivas Reddy, RO Venugopal, Sanitary Inspector Srinivas, and other municipal staff.
This decision is expected to improve civic infrastructure and basic amenities in Aliabad, contributing to overall local development in Telangana
