In a post on his official Twitter account, BRS leader KTR criticised the Youth Congress protest at the AI Impact Summit 2026, saying political theatrics at a global forum were inappropriate.

ప్రజాస్వామ్యంలో భిన్నాభిప్రాయాలు సహజమైనప్పటికీ, ఎక్కడ, ఎలా నిరసన తెలియజేయాలో అవగాహన అవసరమని కేటీఆర్ వ్యాఖ్యానించారు. అంతర్జాతీయ సదస్సు వేదిక రాజకీయ ప్రదర్శనలకు సరైన స్థలం కాదని తెలిపారు.
ఈ నిరసన జరిగిన సమయంపై కూడా ఆయన ప్రస్తావించారు. అదే సదస్సులో తమ పార్టీకి చెందిన తెలంగాణ ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి ప్రసంగిస్తున్న సమయంలోనే Youth Congress సభ్యులు నిరసన చేపట్టడం వ్యంగ్యంగా ఉందని కేటీఆర్ తన పోస్టులో పేర్కొన్నారు.

While differences of opinion are natural in a democracy, he said it is important to choose the right place and time for protests, adding that an international summit is not meant for political theatrics.
KTR also pointed out that the protest took place when Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy from the same party was addressing the summit, calling the timing ironic. His remarks have triggered political discussion, with observers awaiting a response from Youth Congress leaders.
