తెలంగాణ అభివృద్ధిలో అందరూ భాగస్వాములవ్వాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి పిలుపునిచ్చారు. ప్రజల ఆకాంక్షలతో ఏర్పడిన ఈ రాష్ట్రం భవిష్యత్ తరాలకు నష్టం జరగకుండా ముందుకు సాగాలని అన్నారు.
The Chief Minister called upon everyone to be part of Telangana’s growth, stressing that the state must progress to secure the future of coming generations.
ప్రజాపాలన దినోత్సవం సందర్భంగా హైదరాబాదులోని పబ్లిక్ గార్డెన్స్లో త్రివర్ణ పతాకం ఆవిష్కరించిన ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి రాష్ట్ర ప్రజలను ఉద్దేశించి ప్రసంగించారు. తెలంగాణ అభివృద్ధి భవిష్యత్ తరాలకు తీరని నష్టం జరగకుండా సమిష్టిగా ముందుకు సాగాలని ఆయన పిలుపునిచ్చారు. “ప్రజలు ఇచ్చిన ఆశీర్వాదం ఉన్నంత కాలం సంక్షేమం, అభివృద్ధి రెండు కళ్లుగా రాష్ట్రాన్ని నడిపిస్తాం” అని తెలిపారు.
నిజాం నియంతృత్వ పాలనపై 1948 సెప్టెంబర్ 17న సాధించిన విజయాన్ని గుర్తు చేస్తూ, “స్వేచ్ఛా పతాకాన్ని ఎగరేసిన రోజు ప్రజా పాలన దినోత్సవం” అని చెప్పారు. వందలాది అమరులకు ఘన నివాళి అర్పిస్తూ, ప్రజల ఆకాంక్షలే పాలనకు ప్రమాణికమని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
రాష్ట్ర ప్రగతిలో విద్య, మహిళా సాధికారత, వ్యవసాయ సంక్షేమం, భూసంస్కరణలు, ఉద్యోగ నియామకాలు, గృహ నిర్మాణం, ఆహార భద్రత వంటి రంగాల్లో ప్రభుత్వం తీసుకుంటున్న చర్యలను వివరించారు. “విద్యపై పెట్టుబడి ఖర్చు కాదు, భవిష్యత్ తెలంగాణకు పెట్టుబడి” అని పేర్కొన్నారు. యంగ్ ఇండియా ఇంటిగ్రేటెడ్ మోడల్ స్కూళ్లను ప్రవేశపెడతామని తెలిపారు.
మహిళా శక్తి, రైతు సంక్షేమం, భూ సంస్కరణలు, సన్నబియ్యం పథకం వంటి కార్యక్రమాలను ముఖ్యమంత్రి ప్రస్తావించారు. కృష్ణా జలాల్లో తెలంగాణకు న్యాయమైన వాటా సాధించేందుకు పోరాటం చేస్తామని చెప్పారు.
హైదరాబాద్ను అంతర్జాతీయ పెట్టుబడుల కేంద్రంగా తీర్చిదిద్దేందుకు మాస్టర్ ప్లాన్ సిద్ధమవుతోందని, మూసీ పునరుజ్జీవన, మెట్రో రెండో దశ, రీజినల్ రింగ్ రోడ్, గ్రీన్ ఫీల్డ్ హైవే, బుల్లెట్ ట్రెయిన్ వంటి ప్రాజెక్టులను ప్రస్తావించారు.
“2047 నాటికి దేశ ప్రగతిలో తెలంగాణ కీలక పాత్ర పోషించేలా ‘తెలంగాణ రైజింగ్ 2047’ దార్శనిక పత్రాన్ని డిసెంబర్ 9న విడుదల చేస్తాం. ప్రజల సంపూర్ణ సహకారమే మా బలం” అని రేవంత్ రెడ్డి స్పష్టం చేశారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో పలువురు ప్రజాప్రతినిధులు, ప్రభుత్వ ఉన్నతాధికారులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
Addressing the state at Public Gardens in Hyderabad after hoisting the national flag as part of the Praja Palana Dinotsavam celebrations, CM Revanth Reddy called upon people to rise above party flags and agendas to focus on Telangana’s comprehensive growth. “As long as people’s blessings are with us, we will lead the state forward with welfare and development as two guiding eyes,” he said.
Recalling the armed struggle against the Nizam’s rule and the victory on September 17, 1948, the CM said, “This is the day people hoisted the flag of freedom. We remember the sacrifices of hundreds of martyrs who gave their lives for self-rule.” He stressed that people’s aspirations remain the guiding principle of his government.
The CM outlined the government’s focus on education, women empowerment, agriculture, land reforms, employment, housing, and food security. He announced that “Young India Integrated Model Schools” would bring revolutionary changes to the education system and reiterated that spending on education is an investment in Telangana’s future.
Highlighting welfare programs, he pointed to initiatives like women-led petrol bunks, Rythu Bharosa, debt waivers for farmers, subsidized rice schemes, and Indiramma housing as examples of tangible progress. He reaffirmed the government’s commitment to securing Telangana’s rightful share of Krishna river waters and emphasized ongoing master planning to transform Hyderabad into an international investment hub.
Major projects underlined in his speech included Musi River Rejuvenation, Gandhi Sarovar, Hyderabad Metro Phase 2, the Regional Ring Road, Greenfield highways, and plans for a bullet train corridor via Amaravati to Chennai.
Looking ahead, CM Revanth Reddy announced the upcoming release of the “Telangana Rising 2047” vision document on December 9, which will serve as a roadmap for making Telangana a key player in India’s growth story by the centenary of independence. “With the collective cooperation of four crore people, Telangana’s flag must fly high on the global stage,” he declared.
Several ministers, legislators, top officials, and public representatives attended the celebrations.
