గుంటూరు జిల్లా పోలీస్ కార్యాలయంలో జూలై 2025 నెల నేర సమీక్ష సమావేశం జరిగింది. ఈ సమావేశంలో జిల్లా ఎస్పీ సతీష్ కుమార్ వివిధ నేరాలపై సమీక్ష జరిపారు. దర్యాప్తు, నేర నియంత్రణ చర్యలపై అధికారులకు పలు సూచనలు చేశారు.
నాన్ బెయిలబుల్ వారంట్ల అమలు
మహిళలపై నేరాలు, మాదక ద్రవ్యాల కేసులు, శారీరక దాడుల కేసుల్లో పెండింగులో ఉన్న నాన్ బెయిలబుల్ వారంట్లను తక్షణమే అమలు చేయాలని ఎస్పీ ఆదేశించారు.
మిస్సింగ్ కేసులు
తప్పిపోయిన వారి కేసుల్లో వేగవంతమైన దర్యాప్తు చేసి, కుటుంబాలకు న్యాయం జరిగేలా చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని సూచించారు.
ప్రధాన నేరాలు
హత్యలు, అత్యాచారాలు, ఆస్తి సంబంధిత కేసుల్లో దర్యాప్తును ప్రాధాన్యంగా తీసుకోవాలని, నిర్దేశిత గడువులోపు పూర్తి చేసి ఛార్జ్షీట్లు దాఖలు చేయాలని ఆదేశించారు.
కొత్త నేర చట్టాల అమలు
కొత్త నేర చట్టాల ప్రకారం నమోదు చేసిన కేసుల్లో 60, 90 రోజుల్లో దర్యాప్తు పూర్తి చేయడం తప్పనిసరి అని ఆయన స్పష్టం చేశారు.
వైట్ కాలర్ నేరాలు
మోసం, అధికార దుర్వినియోగం వంటి తెలుపు కాలర్ నేరాలపై ప్రత్యేక దృష్టి సారించి, కఠిన చట్టపరమైన చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని ఎస్పీ ఆదేశించారు.
మాదక ద్రవ్యాల నేరాలు
గంజాయి మరియు ఇతర మాదక ద్రవ్యాల కేసుల్లో పదేపదే నేరాలకు పాల్పడే వ్యక్తులపై PIT NDPS చట్టం కింద చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని తెలిపారు. పెండింగులో ఉన్న అరెస్టులను పూర్తి చేయాలని సూచించారు.
నిందితులపై నిరంతర నిఘా
నేరస్తులపై నిరంతర పర్యవేక్షణ కొనసాగిస్తూ, వారి కార్యకలాపాలపై నిఘా పెట్టాలని ఎస్పీ సూచించారు.

The monthly crime review meeting for July 2025 was held at the Guntur district police office conference hall. SP Satish Kumar reviewed various crime cases registered across the district and gave several directions to officers on investigation and crime control.
Non-Bailable Warrants Execution
The SP ordered immediate execution of pending non-bailable warrants, particularly in cases related to drug crimes, crimes against women, and physical assaults.
Missing Cases
He directed that missing person cases be investigated quickly to deliver justice to the families without delay.
Major Crimes
The SP emphasized prioritizing the investigation of murder, rape, and property-related crimes, completing them within the stipulated time and filing charge sheets promptly.
Implementation of New Criminal Laws
He made it clear that as per the new criminal laws, investigations in registered cases must be completed within 60 or 90 days, depending on the provision.
White-Collar Crimes
The SP instructed officers to pay special attention to white-collar crimes such as fraud and misuse of authority, and to take strict legal action.
Drug-Related Crimes
In cases involving ganja and other narcotics, repeated offenders must be booked under the PIT NDPS Act. Pending arrests in such cases should be completed immediately.
Continuous Surveillance on Offenders
The SP stressed that continuous surveillance should be maintained on accused persons to monitor their activities effectively.
