భారీ వర్షాల నేపథ్యంలో రాష్ట్రంలోని అధికారులు, సిబ్బంది అప్రమత్తంగా ఉండాలని సీఎం రేవంత్ రెడ్డి ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేశారు.

నిజామాబాద్, సంగారెడ్డి, మెదక్, వికారాబాద్, జయశంకర్ భూపాలపల్లి, ములుగు, భద్రాద్రి కొత్తగూడెం, ఖమ్మం జిల్లాల్లో మోస్తరు నుండి భారీ వర్షాలు కురిసే అవకాశం ఉందని వాతావరణ శాఖ హెచ్చరించింది. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఉదయం ఉన్నతాధికారులతో సమీక్ష నిర్వహించారు.
వాతావరణ శాఖ సమాచారం ప్రకారం 15 జిల్లాల్లో అధిక వర్షపాతం నమోదైందని సీఎం తెలిపారు. వర్ష ప్రభావం ఎక్కువగా ఉండే జిల్లాల్లో SDRF, NDRF బృందాలను ముందుగానే మోహరించారని, కలెక్టర్లతో సమన్వయం చేస్తూ సహాయక చర్యలు చేపట్టాలని ఆదేశించారు.
జిల్లా కలెక్టర్లు, అధికారులు వాగులు, వంకలు పొంగే ప్రమాదం ఉన్న ప్రాంతాల్లో అప్రమత్తంగా ఉండాలని, లోతట్టు ప్రాంతాల ప్రజలను సహాయక శిబిరాలకు తరలించాలని సూచించారు. నీటిపారుదల శాఖ అధికారులు రిజర్వాయర్లు, చెరువుల నీటి మట్టాన్ని ఎప్పటికప్పుడు పరిశీలించి, నీటి విడుదలపై కలెక్టర్లు, సిబ్బందికి ముందుగానే సమాచారం ఇవ్వాలని సూచించారు.
పూర్తిగా నిండిన చెరువులు, రిజర్వాయర్ల వద్ద ఇసుక బస్తాలు సిద్ధంగా ఉంచాలని, రోడ్లపై నీరు నిలిచిన ప్రాంతాలు, లోలెవల్ బ్రిడ్జిలు, కాజ్వేలపై రాకపోకలు పూర్తిగా నిషేధించాలని ఆదేశించారు. పోలీసులు, రెవెన్యూ అధికారులు బారికేడ్లు ఏర్పాటు చేసి పర్యవేక్షణ చేయాలని సూచించారు.
దోమలు, ఇతర క్రిమికీటకాలు విజృంభించి అంటువ్యాధులు ప్రబలకుండా నగర, పురపాలక, గ్రామ పారిశుద్ధ్య సిబ్బంది నిరంతరం పారిశుద్ధ్య చర్యలు చేపట్టాలని సీఎం ఆదేశించారు. అవసరమైన చోట్ల వైద్య శిబిరాలు ఏర్పాటు చేసి, తగినంత మందులు అందుబాటులో ఉంచాలని వైద్యారోగ్య శాఖకు సూచించారు.
ప్రాణ నష్టం, ఆస్తి నష్టం, పశు నష్టం జరగకుండా రెవెన్యూ, విద్యుత్, పంచాయతీరాజ్, ఆర్ అండ్ బీ, వైద్యారోగ్య, పురపాలక, పోలీస్, అగ్నిమాపక శాఖలు SDRF తో సమన్వయం చేస్తూ పనిచేయాలని ఆదేశాలు ఇచ్చారు.
హైదరాబాద్ నగరంలో ప్రజల నుంచి వచ్చే వినతులకు జీహెచ్ఎంసీ, హైడ్రా, SDRF, అగ్నిమాపక శాఖ తక్షణమే స్పందించాలని సీఎం స్పష్టం చేశారు.
CM Revanth Reddy has directed all officials and staff in Telangana to remain on high alert in view of the heavy rains across the state.
Amid forecasts of moderate to heavy rainfall in Nizamabad, Sangareddy, Medak, Vikarabad, Jayashankar Bhupalpally, Mulugu, Bhadradri Kothagudem, and Khammam districts, the Chief Minister held a review meeting with top officials on Friday morning.
According to the weather department, 15 districts have reported heavy rainfall while the remaining districts received normal showers. The CM said SDRF and NDRF teams have already been deployed in the most affected districts and directed them to work in coordination with district collectors to carry out relief operations.
District officials were instructed to stay alert in areas where streams and rivulets are likely to overflow and to shift families from low-lying areas to relief camps. Irrigation department officials were told to constantly monitor the water levels in reservoirs, lakes, and ponds, and inform collectors and ground staff in advance about water releases.
Sandbags should be kept ready at fully filled tanks and reservoirs, while traffic should be completely restricted on submerged roads, low-level bridges, and causeways. Police and revenue officials were directed to set up barricades and monitor such locations.
To prevent the spread of mosquito-borne and other communicable diseases due to water stagnation, sanitation staff in urban, municipal, and rural bodies were ordered to carry out regular cleaning drives. The health department was asked to keep adequate medicines ready and set up medical camps where required.
The CM stressed that measures must be taken to prevent loss of life, property, and livestock, with coordinated action from the revenue, electricity, panchayat raj, R&B, health, municipal, police, fire, and SDRF departments.
In Hyderabad city, the CM directed GHMC, HYDRA, SDRF, and fire services to respond immediately to complaints and appeals from citizens.
