రాష్ట్ర ఆర్థిక సవాళ్లను అధిగమించి తెలంగాణను ప్రపంచంలో నెంబర్ వన్గా నిలబెట్టాలన్న సంకల్పాన్ని ముఖ్యమంత్రి స్పష్టం చేశారు.

స్వాతంత్య్ర దినోత్సవ వేడుకలను గోల్కొండ రాణిమహల్ లాన్స్లో ఘనంగా నిర్వహించారు. జాతీయ పతాకాన్ని ఎగురవేసిన ముఖ్యమంత్రి, రాష్ట్ర ప్రజలను ఉద్దేశించి ప్రసంగించారు. ప్రజల అండతో తెలంగాణను ఉన్నత శిఖరాలకు తీసుకెళ్తామని, ఆర్థిక భారాన్ని దాటుకుని అభివృద్ధి, సంక్షేమం ద్విముఖ విధానంతో ముందుకు వెళ్తామని తెలిపారు.
అధికారంలోకి వచ్చినప్పటి నుంచి ప్రజాస్వామ్య పునరుద్ధరణ, రైతు రుణమాఫీ, పేదలకు సన్నబియ్యం పంపిణీ, కొత్త రేషన్ కార్డుల జారీ, ఉచిత విద్యుత్ వంటి పథకాలను అమలు చేశామని వివరించారు. 25.35 లక్షల మంది రైతులకు రూ.20,616 కోట్ల రుణమాఫీ, ఎకరాకు రూ.12 వేల పెట్టుబడి సాయం, 7,178 కేంద్రాల ద్వారా ధాన్యం కొనుగోలు వంటి చర్యలతో వ్యవసాయ రంగాన్ని బలోపేతం చేశారని చెప్పారు.
పేదలకు సొంతింటి కల నెరవేర్చడానికి ఇందిరమ్మ ఇళ్ల నిర్మాణం, బీసీలకు 42% రిజర్వేషన్లు, ఎస్సీ వర్గీకరణ వంటి సామాజిక న్యాయం చట్టాలు అమలు చేస్తున్నామని తెలిపారు. మహిళా, యువత అభివృద్ధికి ఉద్యోగావకాశాలు కల్పించడం, మాదకద్రవ్యాల నియంత్రణలో కఠిన చర్యలు తీసుకోవడం జరుగుతోందన్నారు.
హైదరాబాద్ను అంతర్జాతీయ ఈవెంట్ల కేంద్రంగా మార్చుతూ, గ్లోబల్ కేపబిలిటీ సెంటర్లకు గమ్యస్థానంగా రూపొందిస్తున్నామని, శాంతిభద్రతల పరిరక్షణలో తెలంగాణ దేశంలోనే ఆదర్శమని అన్నారు.
2047 నాటికి తెలంగాణను ప్రపంచంలో నెంబర్ వన్గా నిలబెట్టాలన్న “Telangana Rising Vision” డాక్యుమెంట్ను ఈ ఏడాది డిసెంబర్లో విడుదల చేయనున్నట్లు ప్రకటించారు. రీజినల్ రింగ్ రోడ్, మెట్రో విస్తరణ, విమానాశ్రయ అభివృద్ధి, పారిశ్రామిక కారిడార్లతో రాష్ట్ర భవిష్యత్ మౌలిక సదుపాయాలను సమూలంగా మార్చే ప్రణాళిక ఉందన్నారు.
యంగ్ ఇండియా స్కిల్స్, స్పోర్ట్స్ యూనివర్సిటీలు, ఇంటిగ్రేటెడ్ రెసిడెన్షియల్ స్కూళ్ల ద్వారా విద్యా, క్రీడా రంగంలో గేమ్ ఛేంజర్ మార్పులు తీసుకురాబోతున్నామని స్పష్టం చేశారు. వేడుకలో ప్రభుత్వ ఉన్నతాధికారులు, ప్రజలు పాల్గొన్నారు. ప్రముఖ గాయకుడు రాహుల్ సిప్లిగంజ్కు రూ.1 కోటి ప్రోత్సాహక చెక్కు అందజేశారు.

The Independence Day celebrations were held grandly at Golconda’s Rani Mahal lawns. After hoisting the national flag, the CM addressed the people of the state, declaring that with the support of the public, Telangana would be taken to greater heights. He said that despite financial burdens, the government is moving ahead with a dual policy of development and welfare.
Since coming to power, the government has restored democracy, implemented farmer loan waivers, distributed fine rice to the poor, issued new ration cards, and provided free electricity. The CM detailed that loans worth ₹20,616 crore were waived for 25.35 lakh farmers, ₹12,000 per acre investment support was given, and paddy was procured through 7,178 purchase centres, strengthening the agriculture sector.
To fulfil the dream of owning a home for the poor, Indiramma houses are being built, while social justice laws such as 42% reservations for BCs and SC classification have been implemented. For women and youth development, employment opportunities have been created, and strict measures are in place to curb drug abuse.
Highlighting Hyderabad as an international event hub, the CM said it is being positioned as a destination for global capability centres, while Telangana remains a model for peace and security in the country.
The CM announced that the “Telangana Rising Vision” document, aimed at making the state No.1 globally by 2047, will be released in December this year. Plans include the Regional Ring Road, Metro expansion, airport development, and industrial corridors to transform the state’s infrastructure.
Through Young India Skills and Sports Universities and integrated residential schools, game-changing reforms in education and sports are expected. The celebrations saw participation from senior government officials and the public. Popular singer Rahul Sipligunj was presented with a ₹1 crore incentive cheque.
