30 grievances submitted at Tirupati Municipal Corporation’s public redressal forum, officials respond with immediate action
తిరుపతి నగరపాలక సంస్థలో సోమవారం నిర్వహించిన ప్రజా ఫిర్యాదుల పరిష్కార వేదికకు మొత్తం 30 ఫిర్యాదులు అందాయి. ఫోన్ ద్వారా మరియు ప్రత్యక్షంగా వచ్చిన ఈ వినతులపై అధికారుల సమక్షంలో తక్షణమే స్పందన కనిపించింది.
During the Dial Your Commissioner – Public Grievance Redressal Program held on Monday at Tirupati Municipal Corporation office, a total of 30 complaints were received from the public. Deputy Commissioner Amarayya said 17 complaints were received via phone calls and 13 were submitted in person.
పూలవానిగుంట, గొల్లవానిగుంట ప్రాంతాల్లో వీధి దీపాలు ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని, చెన్నారెడ్డి కాలనీలో నీటి వ్యాపారం వల్ల స్థానికులకు నీటి సమస్యలు తలెత్తుతున్నాయని, డ్రైనేజీ కుంటలు మరమ్మత్తు చేయాలని వంటి సమస్యలు ప్రజలు వినిపించారు. దొడ్డాపురం వీధిలో పొంగిపొర్లుతున్న కాలువలు, నాలుగేళ్ల క్రితం వేసిన పైప్‌లైన్ ద్వారా ఇప్పటికీ నీటి సరఫరా లేకపోవడం వంటి అంశాలు కూడా చర్చకు వచ్చాయి.
Other complaints included lack of streetlights in Poolavanigunta and Gollavanigunta, water scarcity in Chennareddy Colony due to private water trading, and poor maintenance of drainage canals. Residents from Doddapuram Street complained about overflowing drains, while others pointed out that water has not been supplied through pipelines laid four years ago.
కొటకొమ్మల వీధిలో నడుస్తున్న అనధికార హోటల్‌ను అడ్డుకోవాలని, రుయా నుండి ఇస్కాన్ రోడ్డులో ఫుట్‌పాత్‌లపై ఆక్రమణలను తొలగించాలని ప్రజలు డిమాండ్ చేశారు. ఈ ఫిర్యాదులను సంబంధిత శాఖల అధికారులకు పంపించి తక్షణమే చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని ఆదేశించామని డిప్యూటీ కమిషనర్ తెలిపారు.
Complaints also highlighted illegal hotels in Kotakommala Street and encroachments on the footpaths from Ruia to ISKCON Road. Deputy Commissioner Amarayya stated that all concerns were forwarded to the respective departments for immediate resolution.
ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో సూపరింటెండింగ్ ఇంజినీర్ శ్యాంసుందర్, మునిసిపల్ ఇంజినీర్లు తులసి కుమార్, గోమతి, హెల్త్ ఆఫీసర్ డాక్టర్ యువ అన్వేష్, రెవెన్యూ అధికారులు సేతుమాధవ్, రవి, డీసీపీ ఖాన్, వెటర్నరీ ఆఫీసర్ డాక్టర్ నాగేంద్ర, హార్టికల్చర్ ఆఫీసర్ హరికృష్ణ, ఫైర్ ఆఫీసర్ శ్రీనివాసులు, ఇతర శాఖల అధికారులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
Officials from engineering, health, revenue, sanitation, fire, veterinary, and horticulture departments were present and took part in addressing the complaints.
