తెలంగాణ క్రీడా అభివృద్ధికి ప్రణాళికాత్మక దిశగా రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం అడుగులు వేస్తోందని సీఎం రేవంత్ రెడ్డి హాజరైన తొలి క్రీడా సదస్సులో పేర్కొన్నారు.
Chief Minister Revanth Reddy stated that the Telangana government is moving in a planned direction for the development of sports in the state, while participating in the first-ever Telangana Sports Conclave.
హైదరాబాద్‌లోని హెచ్ఐసీసీలో తొలిసారిగా నిర్వహించిన తెలంగాణ క్రీడా సదస్సులో ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి పాల్గొన్నారు. రాష్ట్రంలోని క్రీడల ప్రోత్సాహం, క్రీడాకారుల మెరుగైన భవిష్యత్తు కోసం ప్రభుత్వ ప్రణాళికలను ఆయన వివరించారు. ఆటలను విద్యావ్యవస్థలో భాగంగా తీసుకువచ్చేందుకు ప్రభుత్వ చర్యలు ప్రారంభమయ్యాయని వెల్లడించారు. ప్రతి జిల్లాలో క్రీడా మైదానాలు, కోచింగ్ సెంటర్లు, అత్యాధునిక క్రీడా సదుపాయాలు ఏర్పాటు చేయనున్నట్లు తెలిపారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా పలువురు ప్రముఖ క్రీడాకారులు, కోచ్‌లు, క్రీడా సంఘాల ప్రతినిధులు పాల్గొన్నారు. పాలసీ మేకింగ్, ఇన్‌ఫ్రాస్ట్రక్చర్ డెవలప్‌మెంట్, క్రీడాకారులకు ఫైనాన్షియల్ అసిస్టెన్స్ వంటి అంశాలపై ముఖ్యమంత్రి ప్రత్యేక దృష్టి సారించారు. క్రీడలను ఉద్యోగ అవకాశాలుగా అభివృద్ధి చేయడమే లక్ష్యంగా రాష్ట్రం కృషి చేస్తోందన్నారు.
సదస్సులోని ఫోకస్ సెషన్‌ల ద్వారా ప్రభుత్వానికి పలు సూచనలు అందాయనీ, వాటిని కార్యాచరణలోకి తేవడానికి ప్రత్యేక కమిటీలు ఏర్పడనున్నాయని తెలిపారు. రాష్ట్రానికి గౌరవం తీసుకువచ్చే అంతర్జాతీయ స్థాయి క్రీడాకారులను తయారు చేయాలన్నదే ప్రభుత్వ దృష్టి అని స్పష్టం చేశారు.

Chief Minister Revanth Reddy took part in the inaugural edition of the Telangana Sports Conclave held at HICC, Hyderabad. He outlined the government’s strategies for promoting sports and ensuring a better future for athletes in the state. He mentioned that steps are already being taken to integrate sports into the education system. The government plans to establish playgrounds, coaching centers, and modern sports infrastructure in every district.
The conclave was attended by several prominent sportspersons, coaches, and representatives from sports associations. The Chief Minister focused on key areas such as policymaking, infrastructure development, and financial support for athletes. He stated that the state is working towards making sports a viable career option.
He added that the government received many valuable suggestions from the conclave’s focus sessions, and special committees will be formed to implement them. He emphasized that the state’s primary goal is to nurture international-level athletes who can bring pride to Telangana.
