సింగపూర్ పర్యటనలో సీఎం చంద్రబాబు వరుస భేటీలు నిర్వహించారు. కెపిటాల్యాండ్ ఇన్వెస్ట్మెంట్ (ఇండియా), మందాయ్ వైల్డ్ లైఫ్ గ్రూప్, సుమితోమో మిత్సుయ్ బ్యాంకింగ్ కార్పోరేషన్ (SMBC), టెమసెక్ హోల్డింగ్స్ సంస్థల ప్రతినిధులతో వేర్వేరుగా సమావేశమయ్యారు.

కెపిటాల్యాండ్ ఇన్వెస్ట్మెంట్ సంస్థ ప్రతినిధులు సంజీవ్ దాస్ గుప్తా, గౌరిశంకర్ నాగభూషణం తో సీఎం జరిగిన సమావేశంలో… రియల్ ఎస్టేట్ ప్రాజెక్టులు, ఇండస్ట్రీయల్ పార్కులు, డేటా సెంటర్లు, గ్రీన్ బిల్డింగ్స్, డిజిటల్ టౌన్ షిప్స్ వంటి అంశాలపై చర్చించారు. అమరావతి, విశాఖ, తిరుపతి నగరాల్లో ఐటీ పార్కులు, వర్క్ స్టేషన్లు అభివృద్ధి చేయాలని ప్రతిపాదించారు. తమ సంస్థ ఏపీని ప్రాధాన్యత కలిగిన పెట్టుబడి రాష్ట్రంగా చూస్తుందన్నారు.

మందాయ్ వైల్డ్ లైఫ్ గ్రూప్ ప్రతినిధి మైక్ బార్క్ తో చంద్రబాబు ఎకో టూరిజం, బయో డైవర్సిటీ కాంప్లెక్సులు, వైల్డ్ లైఫ్ ఎక్స్ పీరియెన్స్ జోన్ల ఏర్పాటుపై చర్చించారు. రాష్ట్రంలో ఆయా రంగాల్లో పెట్టుబడులకు మైక్ బార్క్ ఆసక్తి చూపారు.

జపాన్‌కు చెందిన SMBC బ్యాంక్ మేనేజింగ్ ఎగ్జిక్యూటివ్ ఆఫీసర్ రాజీవ్ కన్నన్‌తో పరిశ్రమలు, మౌలిక వసతులు, గ్రీన్ ఎనర్జీ, నగర అభివృద్ధి రంగాల్లో పెట్టుబడులపై చర్చ జరిగింది. ఫైనాన్స్, ఇన్ఫ్రా ప్రాజెక్ట్ లెండింగ్, క్లీన్ ఎనర్జీ ఫైనాన్సింగ్ అంశాల్లో ఆసక్తి ఉందని ఆయన తెలిపారు.

టెమసెక్ హోల్డింగ్స్ ప్రతినిధి దినేష్ ఖన్నాతో గ్రీన్ ఎనర్జీ, ఫుడ్ ప్రాసెసింగ్, ఆరోగ్యం, టెక్నాలజీ, మౌలిక వసతుల అభివృద్ధిపై సమావేశం జరిగింది. ఈ రంగాల్లో తమ సంస్థ పెట్టుబడులు పెట్టేందుకు సిద్ధంగా ఉందని తెలిపారు. అవసరమైతే ఎంఓయూలపై దృష్టిసారిస్తామని దినేష్ ఖన్నా స్పష్టంగా చెప్పారు.

CapitaLand Investment (India), Mandai Wildlife Group, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC), and Temasek Holdings were among the organizations with whom the CM held separate discussions.
With CapitaLand Investment (India) representatives Sanjeev Das Gupta and Gaurishankar Nagabhushanam, discussions focused on real estate projects, industrial parks, data centers, green buildings, and digital townships. The CM explained opportunities to develop IT parks and plug-and-play workstations in cities like Amaravati, Visakhapatnam, and Tirupati. CapitaLand confirmed that they view Andhra Pradesh as a priority investment destination.
CM Naidu discussed the development of wildlife parks, eco-tourism, biodiversity complexes, and wildlife experience zones with Mike Barclay from Mandai Wildlife Group, who showed keen interest in investing in these areas.
With Temasek Holdings representative Dinesh Khanna, discussions included green energy, food processing, healthcare, technology, and sustainable infrastructure. Khanna assured that Temasek is open to expanding investments and will consider signing MoUs where necessary.
