మిస్ వరల్డ్ 2025 టైటిల్ గెలిచిన ఆమె, ఈ ఘనతను తన వ్యక్తిగత విజయంగా కాకుండా, ప్రతీ యువతికి ‘నన్ను చూసి నీవు కూడా నిలవగలవు’ అనే సందేశంగా మలిచింది.

Hyderabad, India | May 31, 2025 – In a moment of triumph that touched hearts across the globe, Thailand’s Opal Suchat Chuang Sri was crowned Miss World 2025 at a grand finale held in Hyderabad’s HITEX Convention Center. Her victory is not just a celebration of grace and beauty but a powerful story of survival and strength, having overcome breast tumor at the age of 16.
In a dazzling ceremony attended by Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy and veteran actor Chiranjeevi with his wife Surekha, Opal received the crown from 2024 Miss World Krystyna Pyszkova, standing tall among participants from 108 countries.
A Story of Courage Beyond the Stage
At just 16, Opal was diagnosed with a breast tumor, a life-altering challenge for a young girl. Instead of giving up, she fought back — with timely treatment, mental resilience, and family support. Today, she uses her platform to raise awareness on women’s health through her initiative “Pal for Her”, promoting early detection and support for breast cancer patients.
Currently a Political Science student at Thammasat University, Opal is also an advocate for youth education and mental health, in addition to being an animal lover who cares for 16 cats and 5 dogs at home.
