ECI EVM Training Initiative
ఎన్నికల నిర్వహణలో కచ్చితత్వం, సమర్థత, పారదర్శకతను మరింత బలోపేతం చేసేందుకు పోలింగ్ సిబ్బందికి ఎలక్ట్రానిక్ ఓటింగ్ మెషీన్ల (EVM)పై ప్రాక్టికల్ శిక్షణ అందిస్తున్నట్లు భారత ఎన్నికల సంఘం తెలిపింది.
The Election Commission of India said hands-on EVM training is being provided to polling personnel to strengthen accuracy, efficiency and transparency in the conduct of elections.
న్యూఢిల్లీ: ఎన్నికల విధుల్లో పాల్గొనే పోలింగ్ సిబ్బందికి ఎలక్ట్రానిక్ ఓటింగ్ మెషీన్ల నిర్వహణపై అవగాహన, ప్రాక్టికల్ నైపుణ్యాలను పెంపొందించే దిశగా శిక్షణ కార్యక్రమాలు నిర్వహిస్తున్నట్లు భారత ఎన్నికల సంఘం (ECI) వెల్లడించింది.
EVMల పనితీరు, పోలింగ్ సమయంలో వాటి నిర్వహణకు సంబంధించిన అంశాలపై సిబ్బందికి ప్రత్యక్ష శిక్షణ అందిస్తున్నట్లు తెలిపింది. ఎన్నికల విధులను కచ్చితంగా, సమర్థవంతంగా నిర్వహించేందుకు అవసరమైన అవగాహన, ఆత్మవిశ్వాసాన్ని పెంచడం ఈ శిక్షణ లక్ష్యమని పేర్కొంది.
ప్రతి ఎన్నికకు పోలింగ్ సిబ్బందిని సన్నద్ధం చేయడంతో పాటు ఓటింగ్ ప్రక్రియను పారదర్శకంగా నిర్వహించేందుకు అవసరమైన సాంకేతిక పరిజ్ఞానాన్ని అందించడంపై దృష్టి సారిస్తున్నట్లు ECI తెలిపింది.
New Delhi: The Election Commission of India (ECI) is providing hands-on training on Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) to polling personnel as part of its election preparedness initiatives.
The training is aimed at equipping polling staff with practical knowledge of EVM operations and procedures required during polling. According to the ECI, such training helps personnel perform election duties with greater accuracy, efficiency and confidence.
The initiative also focuses on preparing polling personnel for election-related responsibilities while strengthening transparency and effective management of the voting process.
