The Siddipet development issue has once again sparked political debate in Telangana. Former minister Harish Rao criticized Chief Minister Revanth Reddy over the cancellation of previously sanctioned projects.
He alleged that development works worth ₹1070 crore, approved during the previous BRS government, were cancelled and halted midway. He questioned the government’s decision and asked what justification it has while visiting Siddipet.
