Telangana Budget 2026-27 Allocates ₹50,713 Cr for Six Guarantees

హైదరాబాద్లోని తెలంగాణ అసెంబ్లీలో డిప్యూటీ సీఎం, ఆర్థిక శాఖ మంత్రి Bhatti Vikramarka రాష్ట్ర వార్షిక బడ్జెట్ను ప్రవేశపెట్టారు. 2026-27 ఆర్థిక సంవత్సరానికి సంబంధించిన ఈ బడ్జెట్ మొత్తం పరిమాణం రూ.3,24,234 కోట్లుగా ప్రకటించారు.
ఈ బడ్జెట్లో ఎన్నికల ముందు ఇచ్చిన హామీల మేరకు ఆరు గ్యారెంటీల అమలుకు ప్రభుత్వం ప్రత్యేక ప్రాధాన్యత ఇచ్చింది. ఈ పథకాల కోసం మొత్తం రూ.50,713 కోట్లు కేటాయించినట్లు మంత్రి తెలిపారు. రైతులు, మహిళలు, పేద వర్గాలకు నేరుగా లబ్ధి చేకూరేలా నిధుల కేటాయింపు జరిగిందని పేర్కొన్నారు.
బడ్జెట్ వివరాల ప్రకారం రెవెన్యూ వ్యయం రూ.2,34,406 కోట్లు కాగా, మూలధన వ్యయం రూ.47,267 కోట్లుగా ఉంది. సంక్షేమ పథకాలకు భారీగా నిధులు కేటాయించడం ద్వారా సామాన్య ప్రజలపై భారం తగ్గించాలనే లక్ష్యాన్ని ప్రభుత్వం స్పష్టంగా చూపించింది.
ఆరు గ్యారెంటీలలో రైతు భరోసా కోసం రూ.18,000 కోట్లు, చేయూత పథకానికి రూ.14,861 కోట్లు కేటాయించారు. ఇందిరమ్మ ఇండ్ల నిర్మాణానికి రూ.5,500 కోట్లు, మహాలక్ష్మి పథకం కింద ఉచిత బస్సు ప్రయాణానికి రూ.4,305 కోట్లు ఇచ్చారు.
అదే విధంగా సన్న వడ్ల బోనస్కు రూ.3,500 కోట్లు, గృహ జ్యోతి పథకానికి రూ.2,080 కోట్లు కేటాయించారు. అదనంగా రాజీవ్ ఆరోగ్యశ్రీ, ఎల్పీజీ సబ్సిడీ, ఇందిరమ్మ ఆత్మీయ భరోసా వంటి పథకాలకు కూడా నిధులు కేటాయించారు.
పవర్ సబ్సిడీకి రూ.14,000 కోట్లు, బియ్యం సబ్సిడీకి రూ.3,000 కోట్లు, కల్యాణలక్ష్మి/షాది ముబారక్కు రూ.3,683 కోట్లు కేటాయించడం ద్వారా సంక్షేమ దిశగా ప్రభుత్వం దృష్టి పెట్టినట్లు స్పష్టమవుతోంది.

In the Telangana State Assembly in Hyderabad, Deputy Chief Minister and Finance Minister Bhatti Vikramarka presented the annual budget for the financial year 2026-27, with a total outlay of ₹3,24,234 crore.
The government has given top priority to implementing the six guarantee schemes promised before elections. A total allocation of ₹50,713 crore has been made for these welfare schemes, aiming to directly benefit farmers, women, and economically weaker sections.
According to the budget, revenue expenditure stands at ₹2,34,406 crore, while capital expenditure is ₹47,267 crore. The allocations reflect a strong welfare focus, with the government aiming to reduce the financial burden on common citizens.
Under the six guarantees, ₹18,000 crore has been allocated for Rythu Bharosa and ₹14,861 crore for Cheyutha. The Indiramma Housing scheme received ₹5,500 crore, while ₹4,305 crore has been earmarked for the Mahalakshmi scheme, which includes free bus travel for women.
Additionally, ₹3,500 crore has been allocated as a bonus for fine rice, and ₹2,080 crore for the Gruha Jyothi scheme providing free electricity up to 200 units. Funds have also been allocated for Rajiv Aarogyasri, LPG subsidy, and Indiramma Athmeeya Bharosa.
Other major allocations include ₹14,000 crore for power subsidy, ₹3,000 crore for rice subsidy, and ₹3,683 crore for Kalyana Lakshmi and Shaadi Mubarak schemes, highlighting the government’s focus on welfare-driven governance.
