శామీర్పేట్, మార్చి 13: మున్సిపల్ పరిధిలో ప్రజలకు స్వచ్ఛమైన తాగునీరు అందించేందుకు అన్ని చర్యలు తీసుకుంటామని అలియాబాద్ మున్సిపల్ ఛైర్పర్సన్ కంఠం శిరీష కృష్ణారెడ్డి తెలిపారు. ప్రజా పాలన ప్రగతి ప్రణాళిక 99 రోజుల కార్యాచరణలో భాగంగా శుక్రవారం మున్సిపల్ కేంద్రంలోని నీటి ట్యాంక్ను కమిషనర్ చంద్రశేఖర్తో కలిసి ఆమె పరిశీలించారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా ట్యాంక్ శుభ్రపరిచే పనులను ప్రత్యక్షంగా పర్యవేక్షించిన ఛైర్పర్సన్, మున్సిపల్ పరిధిలోని అన్ని వార్డుల్లో క్రమం తప్పకుండా మంచినీటి ట్యాంకులను శుభ్రపరచాలని సిబ్బందికి సూచించారు. ప్రజలకు నాణ్యమైన తాగునీరు అందేలా చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని ఆదేశించారు.
ప్రజలు కూడా తమ పరిసరాలను పరిశుభ్రంగా ఉంచాలని, మున్సిపల్ కార్యక్రమాలకు సహకరించాలని ఆమె కోరారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో కౌన్సిలర్లు గుర్క కుమార్, గూదె వెంకటేశ్, ఇన్చార్జ్ శానిటరీ ఇన్స్పెక్టర్ శ్రీనివాసులు, ఇన్చార్జ్ రెవెన్యూ ఇన్స్పెక్టర్ విజయ్ కుమార్, పట్టణ నాయకులు, స్థానికులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
Shamirpet, March 13: Aliabad Municipal Chairperson Kantham Sirisha Krishna Reddy said that steps are being taken to provide safe and clean drinking water to residents within the municipal limits. As part of the 99-day Praja Palana Pragati action plan, she inspected the cleaning of the municipal water tank on Friday along with Commissioner Chandrasekhar.
During the inspection, she instructed officials to ensure regular cleaning of drinking water tanks in all wards and maintain quality standards in water supply. She emphasized that providing safe drinking water is a priority for the municipality.
She also appealed to residents to maintain cleanliness in their surroundings and cooperate with municipal sanitation initiatives.
Councillors Gurka Kumar, Goode Venkatesh, In-charge Sanitary Inspector Srinivasulu, In-charge Revenue Inspector Vijay Kumar, local leaders and residents participated in the programme.
