తెలంగాణలో రైతు భరోసా రెండో విడత నిధుల విడుదలపై ప్రభుత్వం స్పష్టత ఇచ్చింది. యాసంగి సీజన్కు సంబంధించిన ఈ నిధులు ఏప్రిల్ రెండో వారంలో రైతుల ఖాతాల్లో జమ చేయనున్నట్లు అధికార వర్గాలు తెలిపాయి.
ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి నేతృత్వంలోని ప్రభుత్వం ఇప్పటికే మార్చి 22న తొలి విడత నిధులను విడుదల చేసింది. ఈ సందర్భంగా సిద్ధిపేట జిల్లాలో జరిగిన కార్యక్రమంలో బటన్ నొక్కి రూ. 3,590 కోట్లను సుమారు 70 లక్షల మంది రైతుల ఖాతాల్లో జమ చేశారు. ఎకరానికి రూ. 6,000 చొప్పున ఈ సాయం అందించారు.
రెండో విడతలో భాగంగా 1 నుంచి 5 ఎకరాల వరకు భూమి ఉన్న రైతులకు ప్రాధాన్యం ఇవ్వనున్నట్లు తెలుస్తోంది. తొలి విడతలో ఇచ్చిన మొత్తాన్ని మినహాయించి, మిగతా సాయం ఈ విడతలో జమ చేయనున్నారు. నిధుల విడుదల కోసం ప్రభుత్వం సుమారు రూ. 2,600 కోట్లకు పైగా కేటాయింపులు చేస్తున్నట్లు సమాచారం.
అధికారుల ప్రకారం, మొత్తం రైతు భరోసా సాయాన్ని మూడు విడతలుగా అందించాలని ప్రభుత్వం నిర్ణయించింది. ఏప్రిల్ నెలాఖరులోగా మూడో విడత కూడా పూర్తి చేయాలని లక్ష్యంగా పెట్టుకుంది. మొత్తం రూ. 9,000 కోట్ల ఆర్థిక సాయం రైతులకు చేరేలా చర్యలు కొనసాగుతున్నాయి.
ఈ ప్రక్రియ ద్వారా తెలంగాణలో రైతులకు నేరుగా బ్యాంకు ఖాతాల్లో డబ్బులు జమ అవుతుండటం వల్ల వ్యవసాయ ఖర్చులకు ఉపశమనం లభిస్తుందని అధికారులు పేర్కొన్నారు.

The Telangana government has provided clarity on the release of the second installment of the Rythu Bharosa scheme for the Yasangi season, indicating that funds are likely to be credited in the second week of April.
The first installment was released on March 22 by Chief Minister Revanth Reddy in Siddipet district, where ₹3,590 crore was deposited into the bank accounts of around 70 lakh farmers. Financial assistance of ₹6,000 per acre was provided under this phase.
According to officials, the second installment will prioritise farmers owning between 1 and 5 acres of land. The remaining eligible amount, after deducting the first installment, will be credited directly to their bank accounts through DBT.
Government sources indicate that approximately ₹2,600–₹2,700 crore may be required for the second phase. The release is expected within April’s second week, aligning with the phased rollout strategy.
Officials also confirmed that the scheme will be implemented in three phases, with the final installment expected by the end of April. In total, ₹9,000 crore is planned to be distributed to farmers across Telangana for the current agricultural season.
The direct benefit transfer system ensures that funds reach farmers’ accounts without delay, providing timely financial support for agricultural activities during the season.
