Indiramma Housing Boost: 18,000 Beneficiaries in Hyderabad CURE Region to Get Houses Before Ugadi
హైదరాబాద్, రంగారెడ్డి, మేడ్చల్ జిల్లాల సీయూఆర్ఈ పరిధిలో భూమి ఉన్న పేద కుటుంబాలకు ఇందిరమ్మ ఇళ్ల మంజూరుకు ప్రభుత్వం వేగం పెంచింది. Ugadiకు ముందే ప్రక్రియ పూర్తిచేయాలనే లక్ష్యంతో 18,000 దరఖాస్తుల వెరిఫికేషన్ను వారంలో ముగించాలని ఆదేశాలు జారీ అయ్యాయి.
Indiramma Housing: హైదరాబాద్, రంగారెడ్డి, మేడ్చల్ జిల్లాల సీయూఆర్ఈ (కోర్ అర్బన్ రీజియన్ ఎకానమీ) పరిధిలో భూమి కలిగిన పేద కుటుంబాలకు ఇందిరమ్మ ఇళ్ల మంజూరుపై ప్రభుత్వం చర్యలు వేగవంతం చేసింది. ఉగాదికి ముందే ప్రక్రియను పూర్తిచేయాలని అధికారులు కృషి చేస్తున్నారు.
ఈ మూడు జిల్లాలు, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation పరిధిలో ఇళ్ల కోసం వచ్చిన దరఖాస్తులను షార్ట్లిస్ట్ చేశారు. అందులో 18,000 మందిని అర్హులుగా గుర్తించారు. ఈ దరఖాస్తులపై మరోసారి వెరిఫికేషన్ నిర్వహించనున్నారు. వారంలోపే ధృవీకరణ ప్రక్రియ పూర్తిచేయాలని మంత్రులు Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy, Duddilla Sridhar Babu, Ponnam Prabhakar అధికారులకు ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేశారు.
కమిషనర్లు ఆర్వీ కర్ణన్, వినయ్ కృష్ణ రెడ్డి, సృజన సూచనల మేరకు మూడు కమిషనరేట్ల సిబ్బంది వెరిఫికేషన్ బాధ్యతలు నిర్వర్తిస్తారు. ఇందిరమ్మ ఇళ్లతో పాటు మరో 28,000 మంది లబ్ధిదారులకు డబుల్ బెడ్రూమ్ ఇళ్లు అందించనున్నారు. జంట నగరాల్లో చివరి దశకు చేరిన ఇళ్లను సొంత భూమి లేక, సొంత ఇల్లు లేని పేద కుటుంబాలకు కేటాయిస్తారు. మార్చి 31 లోపు కేటాయింపు పూర్తి చేయాలని జిల్లా కలెక్టర్లు, కమిషనర్లకు సూచించారు.
రోడ్లు, తాగునీరు, పాఠశాలలు వంటి మౌలిక సదుపాయాలు కల్పించాలని కూడా స్పష్టం చేశారు. మొత్తం మీద వచ్చే నెల చివరికి సీయూఆర్ఈ పరిధిలో సుమారు 50,000 మందికి గృహాలు అందించాలనే లక్ష్యంతో ప్రభుత్వం ముందుకు సాగుతోంది.
జీహెచ్ఎంసీ పరిధిలో ఇందిరమ్మ ఇళ్లకు భారీగా దరఖాస్తులు వచ్చాయి. ఇప్పటివరకు రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా సుమారు 3 లక్షల ఇళ్లు మంజూరు కాగా, అందులో 2.5 లక్షల ఇళ్ల నిర్మాణం ప్రారంభమైంది. వచ్చే నెలాఖరుకు లక్ష ఇళ్లు పూర్తిచేయాలని లక్ష్యంగా పెట్టుకున్నారు. జీహెచ్ఎంసీ వెలుపల ఇతర మునిసిపల్ కార్పొరేషన్లు, పట్టణ ప్రాంతాల్లో కూడా నిర్మాణ పనులు కొనసాగుతున్నాయి.
ఇక Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana కింద కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఇప్పటికే 1.13 లక్షల ఇళ్లు మంజూరు చేసింది. రాష్ట్ర, కేంద్ర పథకాల సమన్వయంతో పట్టణ పేదలకు గృహాల కల్పన వేగవంతమవుతోంది.
In a major relief to poor landowning families in Hyderabad, Rangareddy and Medchal districts, the Telangana government has expedited the Indiramma Housing process, aiming to complete beneficiary verification before Ugadi. Around 18,000 shortlisted applications will undergo final verification within a week.
The government has shortlisted applications received under the GHMC limits and identified 18,000 eligible beneficiaries. Ministers have directed officials to complete the re-verification process within a week to ensure timely sanction of houses. Along with Indiramma houses, 28,000 additional beneficiaries will receive double-bedroom houses. The allocation of completed units in twin cities is targeted before March 31, with a broader goal of providing nearly 50,000 houses in the CURE region by next month-end.
Construction is progressing across urban local bodies, while over 3 lakh houses have been sanctioned statewide, with 2.5 lakh already grounded. Coordination with PMAY is also strengthening urban housing delivery.
