Revanth Reddy Meets Delaware Governor Matt Meyer in Hyderabad, Discusses Education and Healthcare Reforms
Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy met Delaware Governor Matt Meyer in Hyderabad and discussed cooperation in education, healthcare reforms, data protection and universal healthcare initiatives between Telangana and the US state of Delaware.
హైదరాబాద్: తెలంగాణ ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఎ. రేవంత్ రెడ్డి అమెరికా డెలావేర్ రాష్ట్ర గవర్నర్ మ్యాట్ మేయర్ను హైదరాబాద్లో కలుసుకుని విద్య, ఆరోగ్య రంగాల సంస్కరణలు, డేటా రక్షణ, యూనివర్సల్ హెల్త్కేర్ అంశాలపై చర్చించారు. తెలంగాణ మరియు డెలావేర్ రాష్ట్రాల మధ్య సహకారాన్ని విస్తరించడంపై ఇరువురు నేతలు అభిప్రాయాలు పంచుకున్నారు.
హైదరాబాద్లో జరిగిన ఈ సమావేశంలో విద్య, ఆరోగ్య రంగాల్లో సంస్కరణలను అమలు చేసే మార్గాలు, డేటా రక్షణ విధానాలు, అందరికీ ఆరోగ్య సేవలు అందించే యూనివర్సల్ హెల్త్కేర్ వ్యవస్థపై విస్తృతంగా చర్చ జరిగింది. భవిష్యత్తులో ఈ రంగాల్లో పరస్పర సహకారం పెంపొందించే అంశాలపై కూడా నేతలు చర్చించారు.
డెలావేర్ రాష్ట్రంలో పేద మరియు మధ్యతరగతి ప్రజల కోసం అమలు చేస్తున్న సంక్షేమ కార్యక్రమాల గురించి మ్యాట్ మేయర్ వివరించారు. ముఖ్యంగా గృహ నిర్మాణ పథకాలు, రుణ మాఫీ కార్యక్రమాలు, సామాజిక భద్రత పథకాలు రాష్ట్రంలో ఎలా అమలు చేస్తున్నారో వివరించారు. ఈ విధానాలు సామాన్య ప్రజలకు ప్రయోజనం చేకూర్చే విధంగా రూపొందించబడినట్లు తెలిపారు.
తెలంగాణ మరియు డెలావేర్ రాష్ట్రాల మధ్య భవిష్యత్తులో బలమైన ద్వైపాక్షిక సంబంధాలు కొనసాగాలని ఆకాంక్షించారు. అలాగే తెలంగాణ ప్రతినిధి బృందంతో డెలావేర్ రాష్ట్రాన్ని అధికారికంగా సందర్శించాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రిని ఆహ్వానించారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఎ. రేవంత్ రెడ్డి డెలావేర్ గవర్నర్ మ్యాట్ మేయర్కు ‘తెలంగాణ రైజింగ్ 2047’ విజన్ డాక్యుమెంట్ను అందజేశారు. రాష్ట్ర అభివృద్ధి లక్ష్యాలు, దీర్ఘకాల ప్రణాళికలు, పెట్టుబడుల అవకాశాలు ఈ డాక్యుమెంట్లో వివరించబడ్డాయి.
సమావేశంలో ఐటీ, ఎలక్ట్రానిక్స్, పరిశ్రమల శాఖ మంత్రి దుద్దిళ్ల శ్రీధర్ బాబు, డెలావేర్ ఫస్ట్ లేడీ లారెన్ మేయర్, వేమ్ నరేందర్ రెడ్డి మరియు ప్రభుత్వ ఉన్నతాధికారులు పాల్గొన్నారు. ఇరువురు నేతలు భవిష్యత్తులో తెలంగాణ మరియు డెలావేర్ రాష్ట్రాల మధ్య సహకారం మరింత బలపడుతుందని విశ్వాసం వ్యక్తం చేశారు.
After the meeting, both sides expressed optimism about strengthening cooperation between Telangana and Delaware in governance, welfare policies, technology, and public services in the coming years.

The meeting focused on strengthening cooperation between Telangana and the US state of Delaware. Both leaders discussed ways to implement reforms in the education sector, improve public healthcare delivery, and develop stronger frameworks for data protection.
Governor Matt Meyer briefed the Chief Minister on several welfare initiatives being implemented in Delaware for poor and middle-class communities. These include housing programs, loan waiver initiatives, and other social welfare schemes designed to support vulnerable groups.
He also expressed interest in strengthening bilateral ties between Telangana and Delaware in the coming years. Governor Meyer extended a formal invitation to the Chief Minister to visit Delaware along with a Telangana state delegation.
On the occasion, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy presented the “Telangana Rising 2047” Vision Document to Governor Matt Meyer, outlining the state’s long-term development goals, investment opportunities, and future governance strategies.
The meeting was attended by IT, Electronics and Industries Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu, Delaware First Lady Lauren Meyer, Vem Narender Reddy, and senior government officials.
