రెడీమేడ్ ఇందిరమ్మ ఇళ్లు: రైతులకు ప్రభుత్వ భరోసా
తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఇందిరమ్మ ఇళ్ల పంపిణీ కార్యక్రమాన్ని వేగవంతం చేస్తోంది. ఈ క్రమంలో వరంగల్ జిల్లాలో భూములు కోల్పోయిన రైతులకు ప్రత్యేకంగా రెడీమేడ్ ఇళ్లను నిర్మించి ఇవ్వాలని నిర్ణయించింది. ఈ నిర్ణయం రైతులకు గణనీయమైన ఊరటనివ్వనుంది.
కాకతీయ మెగా టెక్స్టైల్ పార్క్ ప్రభావం
వరంగల్లో ఏర్పాటు చేయబోతున్న కాకతీయ మెగా టెక్స్టైల్ పార్క్ కోసం సంగెం, గీసుగొండ మండలాల్లో సుమారు 1,250 ఎకరాల భూమిని ప్రభుత్వం సేకరించింది. ఈ ప్రాజెక్ట్ కారణంగా 863 మంది నిర్వాసితులుగా మారగా, వారికి పార్క్ సమీపంలోనే ఇందిరమ్మ ఇళ్లను కేటాయించేందుకు చర్యలు చేపట్టారు.
Rajiv Gandhi Township: కొత్త గ్రామ అభివృద్ధి
నిర్వాసిత రైతుల కోసం “రాజీవ్ గాంధీ టౌన్షిప్” పేరుతో కొత్త గ్రామాన్ని ఏర్పాటు చేస్తున్నారు. ఈ ప్రాజెక్ట్ తొలి దశకు రూ. 10.10 కోట్లతో మౌలిక వసతుల పనులు ప్రారంభమయ్యాయి.

ఉద్యోగ హామీ – రెండేళ్లలో ఇంటికో ఉద్యోగం
ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి రైతులకు ఇచ్చిన హామీ ప్రకారం, రెండేళ్లలో ప్రతి కుటుంబానికి ఒక ఉద్యోగం కల్పించే దిశగా ప్రభుత్వం కృషి చేస్తోంది. టెక్స్టైల్ పార్క్ ప్రారంభ సమయానికి రైతులకు పూర్తి న్యాయం చేయాలని అధికారులకు ఆదేశాలు ఇచ్చారు.
భూకంప నిరోధక టెక్నాలజీతో ఇళ్లు
ప్రత్యేకంగా ఈ ఇళ్ల నిర్మాణంలో భూకంపాలను తట్టుకునే ఆధునిక సాంకేతికతను ఉపయోగించనున్నారు. తక్కువ సమయంలోనే నిర్మాణం పూర్తి అయ్యేలా రెడీమేడ్ మోడల్ను అమలు చేయనున్నారు.

Ready-Made Indiramma Houses for Displaced Farmers
The Telangana government is accelerating its Indiramma housing scheme and has decided to construct ready-made houses for farmers who lost land in Warangal. This move is expected to provide major relief to affected families.
Impact of Kakatiya Mega Textile Park
For the proposed Kakatiya Mega Textile Park in Warangal, around 1,250 acres of land were acquired from Sangem and Geesugonda mandals. As many as 863 farmers were displaced, and the government plans to allot Indiramma houses near the park.
Rajiv Gandhi Township Development
Authorities have planned a new settlement named “Rajiv Gandhi Township” for the displaced families. Infrastructure development works worth ₹10.10 crore have already begun in the first phase.
Facilities planned include:
- Drinking water supply
- Internal roads
- Drainage system
- Electricity connections
- Primary school
- Primary health center
- Community hall
The area will eventually be developed into a full-fledged Gram Panchayat.
Job Assurance Within Two Years
Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has assured that each displaced family will be provided one job within two years. Officials have been instructed to ensure justice to farmers before the textile park becomes operational.

The houses will be built using advanced earthquake-resistant technology, ensuring durability and safety. The ready-made construction model will also enable faster completion.
