ప్రతి సోమవారం నిర్వహించే ప్రజావాణి కార్యక్రమంలో వనపర్తి జిల్లా పోలీసులు ఈరోజు 14 ఫిర్యాదులను స్వీకరించారు. పౌరుల నుంచి వచ్చిన ఈ ఫిర్యాదులపై ఎస్పీ రావుల గిరిధర్ వెంటనే స్పందించారు. ప్రతి ఫిర్యాదును స్వయంగా పరిశీలించి సంబంధిత పోలీస్ స్టేషన్ అధికారులకు ఫోన్ ద్వారా తక్షణ చర్యలకు ఆదేశాలిచ్చారు.

ఈ చర్యలతో బాధితులు న్యాయం పొందుతారని ప్రజల్లో విశ్వాసం పెరిగింది. ఫిర్యాదుదారులు ఎస్పీ స్పందనపై సంతృప్తి వ్యక్తం చేశారు. ఈరోజు వచ్చిన 14 ఫిర్యాదుల్లో 8 భూతగాదాలవి, 4 కుటుంబ తగాదాలకు సంబంధించినవీ, 2 పరస్పర గొడవలకు సంబంధించినవీ ఉన్నాయి. ప్రజల సమస్యలపై తక్షణ స్పందన ఇవ్వడం ద్వారా న్యాయ పరిరక్షణలో పోలీసులు తమ కర్తవ్యాన్ని నిర్వర్తిస్తున్నారని ప్రజలు అభిప్రాయపడుతున్నారు.

As part of the weekly Prajavani program held every Monday, Vanaparthy district police received 14 public complaints today. SP Ravula Giridhar responded to each of them immediately, reviewed the issues personally, and issued telephonic orders to the concerned police station officers for swift action.

This proactive approach has reinforced public trust in the system, with complainants expressing satisfaction over the SP’s response. Of the 14 complaints, 8 were land disputes, 4 related to family issues, and 2 involved mutual quarrels. Citizens noted that police are fulfilling their duty by ensuring prompt response and justice to people’s grievances.
