International Women’s Day Celebrated in Shamirpet Municipality

మేడ్చల్ మల్కాజ్గిరి జిల్లా, శామీర్ పేట :మహిళలు కుటుంబం నుంచి సమాజం వరకు ప్రతి రంగంలో కీలక పాత్ర పోషిస్తున్నారని, సమాజ అభివృద్ధిలో వారి పాత్ర అత్యంత ముఖ్యమని మున్సిపల్ చైర్మన్ జామ్ రవి తెలిపారు. అంతర్జాతీయ మహిళా దినోత్సవం సందర్భంగా మున్సిపాలిటీలో ప్రత్యేక కార్యక్రమం నిర్వహించారు.

శామీర్‌పేట, మార్చి 9: అంతర్జాతీయ మహిళా దినోత్సవం సందర్భంగా సోమవారం మున్సిపాలిటీలో మహిళా దినోత్సవ వేడుకలు నిర్వహించారు. ఈ కార్యక్రమం కౌన్సిలర్ నీరజ్ గౌడ్ అధ్యక్షతన జరిగింది.

ఈ సందర్భంగా మున్సిపల్ చైర్మన్ జామ్ రవి మాట్లాడుతూ సమాజ అభివృద్ధిలో మహిళల పాత్ర ఎంతో కీలకమని తెలిపారు. కుటుంబం నుంచి సమాజం వరకు వివిధ రంగాల్లో మహిళలు ముఖ్యమైన బాధ్యతలు నిర్వర్తిస్తూ అభివృద్ధికి తోడ్పడుతున్నారని చెప్పారు. మహిళల సేవలను గౌరవిస్తూ అంతర్జాతీయ మహిళా దినోత్సవాన్ని జరుపుకోవడం ఆనందంగా ఉందని పేర్కొన్నారు.

ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో మున్సిపల్ కమిషనర్ పవన్ కుమార్, కౌన్సిలర్లు దోసకాయల లత, పెద్దిరెడ్డి శ్రీలత, రాజీగాళ్ల లత, మేడబోయిన మౌనిక, చిన్నలచ్చ సరిత, కొంపల్లి మాధవి, జంగారెడ్డి, విష్ణువర్ధన్ రెడ్డి, అంగన్వాడీ టీచర్లు, మున్సిపల్ మేనేజర్ ఉష, ఆర్వో హర్షద్, ఆర్‌ఐలు రాజేశ్వర్ రెడ్డి, గౌతమి, సానిటేషన్ ఇన్స్పెక్టర్ మోహన్ సింగ్, డీఈఈ స్ఫూర్తి, మున్సిపల్ సిబ్బంది పాల్గొన్నారు.

Women play a crucial role in the development of society, contributing from the family level to various sectors of public life, said Municipal Chairman Jam Ravi during the International Women’s Day celebrations held in the municipality.

Shamirpet, March 9: International Women’s Day celebrations were organised in the municipality on Monday under the chairmanship of Councillor Neeraj Goud.

Speaking on the occasion, Municipal Chairman Jam Ravi said women have an important role in social development. He noted that women contribute significantly in different spheres, from family responsibilities to broader community activities. He added that celebrating International Women’s Day is a way of recognising and honouring the services and contributions of women in society.

Municipal Commissioner Pawan Kumar, councillors Dosakayala Latha, Peddireddy Srilatha, Rajigalla Latha, Medaboyina Mounika, Chinnalaccha Saritha, Kompalli Madhavi, Jangareddy, Vishnuvardhan Reddy, Anganwadi teachers, Municipal Manager Usha, RO Harshad, RIs Rajeswar Reddy and Gauthami, Sanitation Inspector Mohan Singh, DEE Spoorthi and municipal staff participated in the programme.
