Andhra Pradesh State Disaster Management Authority తెలిపిన వివరాల ప్రకారం ఉత్తరాంధ్ర తీరానికి ఆనుకొని ఉన్న పశ్చిమ మధ్య బంగాళాఖాతం మీదుగా ఈ ఆవర్తనం కొనసాగుతోంది. దీని ప్రభావంతో ఆదివారం, సోమవారం రోజుల్లో పలు ప్రాంతాల్లో వర్షాలు కురిసే అవకాశం ఉందని అధికారులు పేర్కొన్నారు.

Weather conditions across the two Telugu states are expected to change due to a surface circulation over the Bay of Bengal. According to the Andhra Pradesh State Disaster Management Authority, the system is persisting over the west-central Bay of Bengal near the North Coastal Andhra region, which could bring rainfall in several districts on Sunday and Monday.

Light to moderate rain is likely in districts such as Srikakulam, Parvathipuram Manyam, Vizianagaram, Alluri Sitharama Raju, Polavaram and Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh. Officials warned that thunderstorms, lightning and gusty winds may accompany rainfall in some areas.

ఇక తెలంగాణలో కూడా వాతావరణ మార్పుల ప్రభావంతో పలు జిల్లాల్లో తేలికపాటి నుంచి మోస్తరు వర్షాలు కురిసే అవకాశం ఉందని వాతావరణ శాఖ అంచనా వేసింది. ముఖ్యంగా ఆదివారం, సోమవారం రోజుల్లో వర్షపాతం ఉండొచ్చని పేర్కొంది. ఈ నెల 16వ తేదీ తరువాత ఉరుములు, మెరుపులతో కూడిన అకాల వర్షాలు పడే అవకాశం ఉందని కూడా తెలిపింది.

In Telangana as well, the Meteorological Department forecast light to moderate rainfall in several districts. Rain is expected particularly on Sunday and Monday, while unseasonal showers accompanied by thunder and lightning may occur after the 16th of this month.

వర్షాల సమయంలో ప్రజలు జాగ్రత్తగా ఉండాలని అధికారులు సూచించారు. ఈదురుగాలులు వీస్తున్న సమయంలో చెట్ల కింద, హోర్డింగ్‌ల వద్ద లేదా విద్యుత్ స్తంభాల దగ్గర నిలబడవద్దని హెచ్చరించారు. అవసరమైతే సురక్షిత ప్రదేశాలకు వెళ్లాలని సూచించారు.

Authorities advised the public to remain alert during rainfall and strong winds. People have been cautioned not to stand under trees, near hoardings or close to electric poles during thunderstorms and gusty winds.

ఇటీవలి రోజుల్లో తెలుగు రాష్ట్రాల్లో ఎండలు తీవ్రంగా పెరిగాయి. పలు ప్రాంతాల్లో 40 డిగ్రీల వరకు ఉష్ణోగ్రతలు నమోదవుతున్నాయి. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో వర్షాలు కొంత ఉపశమనం కలిగించే అవకాశం ఉన్నప్పటికీ, పంట కోత దశలో ఉన్న రైతులకు నష్టం కలిగించే ప్రమాదం కూడా ఉందని అధికారులు పేర్కొన్నారు. రైతులు తమ పంటలను రక్షించుకునేందుకు ముందస్తు చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని సూచించారు.

In recent days, temperatures in several parts of the Telugu states have crossed 40°C, making conditions uncomfortable for residents. While the expected rainfall may bring temporary relief from the heat, officials warned that it could also damage crops that are currently in the harvesting stage. Farmers have been advised to take precautionary measures to protect their produce.
