YS Jagan: ప్రతిపక్ష హోదాపై హైకోర్టులో పిటిషన్ – ప్రతివాదులకు నోటీసులు
YS Jagan moves High Court on Opposition status; Notices issued to respondents
ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ హైకోర్టులో వైఎస్ జగన్ మోహన్ రెడ్డి పిటిషన్ దాఖలు చేశారు. శాసనసభ స్పీకర్ రూలింగ్ను సవాల్ చేస్తూ దాఖలైన ఈ పిటిషన్పై హైకోర్టు బుధవారం విచారణ జరిపి ప్రతివాదులకు నోటీసులు జారీ చేసింది.
YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has filed a petition in the Andhra Pradesh High Court challenging the Assembly Speaker’s ruling. The High Court on Wednesday heard the matter and issued notices to the respondents.
జగన్ పిటిషన్లో పేర్కొన్నదాని ప్రకారం, సీట్ల ఆధారంగా ప్రతిపక్ష హోదా ఇవ్వాలని ఎక్కడా లేనప్పటికీ స్పీకర్ తన రూలింగ్లో ఆ పరిమితిని నిర్దేశించారని, ఇది రాజ్యాంగం, చట్టబద్ధ నిబంధనలకు విరుద్ధమని తెలిపారు. స్పీకర్ రూలింగ్ వెనుక రాజకీయ వైరం, పక్షపాతం స్పష్టంగా కనిపిస్తున్నదని పిటిషన్లో పేర్కొన్నారు.
In his petition, Jagan argued that there is no constitutional or legal provision that restricts Opposition status based on seat numbers, yet the Speaker framed such a condition. He further alleged that the ruling reflects political bias and hostility.
జగన్ పేర్కొన్నదాని ప్రకారం, తన విజ్ఞప్తి పెండింగ్లో ఉండగానే స్పీకర్ రూలింగ్ ఇవ్వడం అన్యాయం. వైసీపీని ప్రధాన ప్రతిపక్షంగా గుర్తించి, తనకు ప్రతిపక్ష నేత హోదా ఇవ్వాలని స్పీకర్ను ఆదేశించాలని కోరారు.
Jagan highlighted that the ruling was delivered while his plea was still pending, calling it unjust. He requested the Court to direct the Speaker to recognize YSRCP as the principal opposition and to declare him as the Leader of the Opposition.
విచారణ అనంతరం హైకోర్టు, ప్రతివాదులను కౌంటర్ దాఖలు చేయాలని ఆదేశించింది. తదుపరి విచారణను అక్టోబర్ 4కి వాయిదా వేసింది.
After hearing, the High Court directed the respondents to file counters and adjourned the matter to October
