ప్రకాశం జిల్లా దర్శి పోలీస్ స్టేషన్ పరిధిలోని గ్రామాల్లో అసాంఘిక కార్యకలాపాల నియంత్రణ లక్ష్యంగా పోలీసులు విస్తృత తనిఖీలు చేపట్టారు. జిల్లా ఎస్పీ ఆదేశాల మేరకు ప్రత్యేక బృందాలు రంగంలోకి దిగి గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతాల్లో శాంతిభద్రతలకు భంగం కలిగిస్తున్న అక్రమ బెల్ట్ షాపులపై మెరుపు దాడులు నిర్వహించాయి.

ఈ తనిఖీల్లో అనుమతి లేకుండా మద్యం విక్రయిస్తున్న పలువురు నిర్వాహకులను పోలీసులు అదుపులోకి తీసుకున్నారు. వారి వద్ద నుంచి పెద్ద మొత్తంలో మద్యం బాటిళ్లను స్వాధీనం చేసుకున్నారు. అక్రమంగా మద్యం విక్రయిస్తున్న వారిపై కేసులు నమోదు చేసి చట్టపరమైన చర్యలు తీసుకుంటున్నట్లు పోలీసులు తెలిపారు.

ఈ సందర్భంగా అధికారులు మాట్లాడుతూ ప్రభుత్వ నిబంధనలకు విరుద్ధంగా మద్యం విక్రయం చేస్తే కఠిన చర్యలు తప్పవని హెచ్చరించారు. ముఖ్యంగా యువతను తప్పుదారి పట్టిస్తున్న ఇటువంటి అక్రమ వ్యాపారాలను ఎట్టి పరిస్థితుల్లోనూ సహించబోమని స్పష్టం చేశారు. ప్రతి గ్రామంలో నిరంతరం నిఘా కొనసాగుతుందని తెలిపారు. అక్రమ మద్యం లేదా ఇతర నిషేధిత కార్యకలాపాలపై సమాచారం ఉంటే వెంటనే పోలీసులకు తెలియజేయాలని ప్రజలను కోరారు.

Police carried out extensive inspections in villages under Darsi police station limits in Prakasam district as part of efforts to curb illegal activities. Acting on directions from the district SP, special teams launched surprise raids on illegal belt shops that were disturbing law and order in rural areas.

During the raids, several operators who were allegedly selling liquor without permission were detained. A large quantity of liquor bottles was seized from their possession. Police said cases have been registered against those involved and legal action is being initiated.

Officials warned that strict action will be taken against anyone selling liquor illegally in violation of government rules. They stated that such unlawful businesses, which mislead and affect youth, will not be tolerated. Continuous surveillance will be maintained in every village. People were also urged to inform police immediately if they come across illegal liquor sales or other unlawful activities.
