బిఆర్ఎస్ నాయకురాలు కవిత తనపై పార్టీ నుంచి వచ్చిన ఆరోపణలకు స్పందించారు. ఐదు నెలలు జైల్లో గడిపిన తర్వాత ప్రజా సమస్యలపై అనేక పోరాటాలు చేశానని ఆమె అన్నారు.
“గురుకులాల సమస్యలపై మొదటిసారిగా గళమెత్తాను. బీసీలకు జరుగుతున్న అన్యాయం, 42 శాతం రిజర్వేషన్ల కోసం పోరాడాను. మహిళలకు నెలకు రూ.2500 ఇవ్వాలనే డిమాండ్తోపాటు బనకచర్ల సమస్యపై రౌండ్ టేబుల్ సమావేశం నిర్వహించాను. ఇవి ఎలా వ్యతిరేక కార్యకలాపాలు అవుతాయో బిఆర్ఎస్ పెద్దలు చెప్పాలి. బీసీల కోసం మాట్లాడితే నాపై దుష్ప్రచారం చేశారు,” అని కవిత విమర్శించారు.

BRS leader Kavitha has responded to the allegations made against her by the party. She said that after spending five months in jail, she raised her voice on several people’s problems.
“I was the first to raise my voice on Gurukula schools’ issues. I fought against the injustice happening to BCs and for 42 percent reservations. I demanded a monthly ₹2,500 for women and conducted a round table on the problems of Banakacharlu. How can these be called anti-party activities? The BRS leadership should explain. Just because I spoke for the BCs, a smear campaign was carried out against me,” Kavitha criticized.
