Expressing concern over some district collectors not being available at headquarters, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy directed them to stay alert and ensure effective field-level implementation during the upcoming 99-day governance programme.
రాష్ట్ర సచివాలయంలో అన్ని జిల్లాల కలెక్టర్లతో నిర్వహించిన సమీక్ష సమావేశంలో ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి స్పష్టమైన దిశానిర్దేశం చేశారు. కొంతమంది కలెక్టర్లు జిల్లా హెడ్ క్వార్టర్స్లో ఉండటం లేదని తమ దృష్టికి వచ్చిందని పేర్కొంటూ, పద్ధతి మార్చుకుని ప్రజలకు అందుబాటులో ఉండాలని సూచించారు. రానున్న 99 రోజుల పాటు తమ పరిధిని దాటి వెళ్లకూడదని, ప్రజల సమస్యల పరిష్కారమే అధికార యంత్రాంగం ప్రధాన లక్ష్యమని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
మార్చి 6 నుంచి జూన్ 12 వరకు రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా ‘ప్రజా పాలన – ప్రగతి ప్రణాళిక’ పేరుతో 99 రోజుల ప్రత్యేక కార్యక్రమాన్ని ప్రభుత్వం నిర్వహించనున్నది. ఈ కార్యక్రమం విజయవంతం కావడానికి గ్రామ స్థాయి నుంచి జిల్లా స్థాయి వరకు ప్రజాప్రతినిధులు, అధికారులు సమన్వయంతో పనిచేయాలని ఆదేశించారు. క్షేత్ర స్థాయిలో అమలవుతున్న సంక్షేమ పథకాలు ప్రతీ అర్హుడికి చేరేలా పర్యవేక్షించాలని కలెక్టర్లకు సూచించారు.
ప్రభుత్వం అమలు చేస్తున్న రేషన్ కార్డులు, సన్న బియ్యం సరఫరా, ఇందిరమ్మ ఇండ్లు, 200 యూనిట్ల ఉచిత విద్యుత్ వంటి పథకాల లబ్ధిని ప్రజలకు వివరించాలని పేర్కొన్నారు. ముఖ్యంగా ఉచిత విద్యుత్ పథకం ద్వారా లబ్ధి పొందుతున్న వారి అభిప్రాయాలను సేకరించాలని ఆదేశించారు. గ్రామ సభల ద్వారా ప్రతి రూపాయి ఖర్చుపై ప్రజలకు వివరణ ఇవ్వడం ద్వారా పారదర్శకత పెరుగుతుందని వెల్లడించారు.
విద్యా రంగంలో చేపడుతున్న మార్పులపై ప్రజల్లో అవగాహన కల్పించాలని, ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలలను బలోపేతం చేయాలని సూచించారు. పెండింగ్లో ఉన్న మధ్యాహ్న భోజన పథకం బిల్లులను ప్రతీ నెలా చెల్లించాలని, నిధుల కొరత లేకుండా చూసుకోవాల్సిన బాధ్యత కలెక్టర్లదేనని స్పష్టం చేశారు. ప్రభుత్వ ఆసుపత్రులను బలోపేతం చేయడానికి సమీపంలోని మెడికల్ కాలేజీలతో అనుసంధానం చేయాలని కూడా సూచించారు.
During a review meeting with district collectors at the State Secretariat, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy issued clear directives. He expressed displeasure over reports that some collectors were not stationed at district headquarters and instructed them to remain accessible to the public.
The state government will implement a 99-day special programme titled ‘Praja Palana – Pragathi Pranalika’ from March 6 to June 12. The Chief Minister directed officials to ensure coordinated efforts from village to district level to make the initiative successful and to closely monitor the delivery of welfare schemes to eligible beneficiaries.
He asked collectors to create awareness about schemes such as new ration cards, fine rice distribution, Indiramma housing, and the 200 units free electricity scheme. Feedback from beneficiaries, especially regarding free power supply, should be gathered to assess impact. Transparency in utilisation of public funds through gram sabhas was also emphasised.
The Chief Minister further directed officials to strengthen government schools, clear pending mid-day meal bills every month, and ensure there is no fund shortage. He also suggested linking government hospitals with nearby medical colleges to improve healthcare services.
