ఏపీ అసెంబ్లీలో టీడీపీ ఎమ్మెల్యే, నటుడు నందమూరి బాలకృష్ణ.. మాజీ సీఎం జగన్ పై నిప్పులు చెరిగారు. జగన్ హయాంలో సినీ ప్రముఖులకు జరిగిన అవమానంపై తీవ్ర విమర్శలు చేశారు. ఎమ్మెల్యే కామినేని శ్రీనివాస్ మాట్లాడుతూ, సినీ ప్రముఖులు జగన్ను కలిసే సందర్భంలో చిరంజీవి గట్టిగా అడగడం వల్లనే భేటీ జరిగిందని పేర్కొన్నారు. దీనిపై బాలకృష్ణ స్పందిస్తూ, ఆ రోజున గట్టిగా అడిగిన వారు ఎవరూ లేరని అన్నారు.
జగన్ను కలిసేందుకు తనకూ ఆహ్వానం వచ్చినా తాను వెళ్లలేదని బాలకృష్ణ తెలిపారు. చిరంజీవిని అవమానించారన్న వ్యాఖ్య వరకు వాస్తవమేనని ఆయన అన్నారు. “జగన్ హయాంలో సినీ ప్రముఖులకు జరిగిన అవమానాన్ని అసెంబ్లీ దృష్టికి తెచ్చే క్రమంలోనే నేను స్పందించాను. ఏదైనా తప్పుగా మాట్లాడితే క్షమించండి” అని బాలకృష్ణ స్పష్టంచేశారు.
సినీ ప్రముఖుల సమావేశం గురించి కామినేని వివరిస్తూ, “ఆ లిస్ట్లో బాలకృష్ణ లేరు. ప్రభాస్, మహేశ్ బాబు, రాజమౌళిని పిలిచినా, వారిని గేట్ వద్ద ఆపివేశారు. లోపలికి వెళ్లిన తర్వాత కూడా అవమానకరమైన పరిస్థితులను ఎదుర్కోవాల్సి వచ్చింది. చివరికి చిరంజీవి గట్టిగా అడగడంతో జగన్ వచ్చి సమావేశమయ్యారు. ఇది పరిశ్రమకు పెద్ద అవమానమైంది” అని అన్నారు.
TDP MLA and actor Nandamuri Balakrishna lashed out at former CM Jagan during the AP Assembly session. He criticized that film celebrities had to face humiliation under Jagan’s leadership and said no one had questioned it properly back then.
MLA Kamineni Srinivas, while speaking in the Assembly, stated that Jagan agreed to meet film personalities only after Chiranjeevi strongly insisted. Responding to this, Balakrishna objected, saying that nobody raised their voice that day and that even though he was invited to meet Jagan, he chose not to attend.
Balakrishna added, “It is true that Chiranjeevi was humiliated. I only highlighted the insult faced by the film industry in this House. If I spoke anything wrong, I seek apology.”
Explaining the incident, Kamineni said, “The list of invitees did not include Balakrishna. Though Prabhas, Mahesh Babu, and Rajamouli were called, they were stopped at the gate. Later, inside, they were made to sit in front of Posani Krishna Murali instead of meeting the CM directly. Finally, only after Chiranjeevi raised his voice strongly did Jagan come and address them. It was a huge insult to the film industry.”
