తెలంగాణ సాధనలో పాల్గొన్న ఉద్యమకారుల హామీల అమలుపై Telangana High Court కీలక ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేసింది. అభయహస్తం పథకం కింద దరఖాస్తు చేసిన అర్హులైన ఉద్యమకారులకు 8 వారాల్లో ఇళ్ల స్థలాలు, పెన్షన్లు మంజూరు చేయాలని కోర్టు స్పష్టం చేసింది.
The High Court issued directions following a petition filed by leaders of the movement activists’ JAC, seeking implementation of assurances regarding pensions and house sites. The petitioners argued that despite earlier promises, benefits had not been extended.
పిటిషనర్ల తరఫున న్యాయవాది జి. కరుణాకర్ రెడ్డి వాదనలు వినిపించారు. ప్రభుత్వం ఇచ్చిన హామీలను అమలు చేయాలని కోరుతూ కోర్టును ఆశ్రయించినట్లు తెలిపారు. వాదనలు పరిశీలించిన న్యాయస్థానం, అర్హులైన అభ్యర్థుల దరఖాస్తులను 8 వారాల్లో పరిష్కరించాలని ఆదేశించింది.
Justice Vijaysen Reddy ఈ మేరకు ప్రిన్సిపల్ సెక్రటరీతో పాటు ఫ్రీడమ్ ఫైటర్ విభాగానికి ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేశారు. కోర్టు ఆదేశాల మేరకు నిర్ణీత గడువులో ప్రయోజనాలు అందించాలని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
The court directed the Principal Secretary and the Freedom Fighter Department to ensure compliance within the stipulated timeframe. Activists have welcomed the judgment, stating that it provides long-awaited relief.
కోర్టు తీర్పుపై ఉద్యమకారులు సంతృప్తి వ్యక్తం చేస్తున్నారు. హామీల అమలు దిశగా ఇది ముఖ్యమైన అడుగు అని పేర్కొన్నారు.
