Telangana Govt : తెలంగాణలో కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిన తర్వాత అనేక సంక్షేమ పథకాలను అమలు చేస్తోంది. అర్హులందరికీ లబ్ధి చేరేలా చర్యలు తీసుకుంటున్న ప్రభుత్వం, తాజాగా పథకాల అమలులో కీలక మార్పు తీసుకొచ్చింది. ముఖ్యమంత్రి Revanth Reddy కలెక్టర్లకు స్పష్టమైన ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేస్తూ, ఇకపై ప్రతి పథకంలో ఫేషియల్ రికగ్నైజేషన్ విధానాన్ని అమలు చేయాలని పేర్కొన్నారు.

సచివాలయంలో మంగళవారం నిర్వహించిన కలెక్టర్ల సదస్సులో ముఖ్యమంత్రి పలు అంశాలపై దిశానిర్దేశం చేశారు. ఈనెల 6 నుంచి జూన్ 12 వరకు ‘ప్రజా పాలన – ప్రగతి ప్రణాళిక’ కార్యక్రమాన్ని నిర్వహించాలని, 99 రోజుల కార్యాచరణ ప్రణాళికను ఐదు దశల్లో అమలు చేయాలని ఆదేశించారు. అదే సమయంలో నిజమైన అర్హులకే సంక్షేమ పథకాలు అందేలా కట్టుదిట్టమైన చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని స్పష్టం చేశారు.

అనర్హులకు పథకాలు చేరకుండా, ఒకే వ్యక్తికి రెండుసార్లు లబ్ధి కలగకుండా ఇకపై లబ్ధిదారుల ఎంపికను ఫేషియల్ రికగ్నైజేషన్ ద్వారా చేపట్టాలని సూచించారు. ప్రతి పథకానికి ఈ విధానాన్ని వర్తింప చేయాలని అధికారులకు స్పష్టం చేశారు. ఆసరా పింఛన్లలో ముఖ గుర్తింపు విధానం అమలు చేయడంతో సుమారు 3 లక్షల మంది అనర్హులను తొలగించగలిగామని సమావేశంలో పేర్కొన్నారు.

రేషన్ కార్డుల పంపిణీ, సన్నబియ్యం, ఇందిరమ్మ ఇళ్లు, 200 యూనిట్లలోపు ఉచిత విద్యుత్ వంటి పథకాలను విస్తృతంగా ప్రజల్లోకి తీసుకెళ్లాలని ఆదేశించారు. విద్యా వ్యవస్థలో చేపడుతున్న మార్పులపై ప్రజలకు అవగాహన కల్పించాలని సూచించారు. ప్రభుత్వ ఆస్పత్రులను సమీప వైద్య కళాశాలలతో అనుసంధానం చేసి సేవల నాణ్యతను మెరుగుపరచాలని పేర్కొన్నారు. మధ్యాహ్న భోజన పథకం అమలు చేస్తున్న ఏజెన్సీలకు ప్రతి నెల బిల్లులు సమయానికి చెల్లించాలని కూడా ఆదేశించారు.

The Telangana government, led by the Congress party, has been implementing multiple welfare schemes since assuming office. In a significant move aimed at ensuring transparency and preventing duplication, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy directed district collectors to implement facial recognition technology across all welfare schemes.

At the collectors’ conference held at the Secretariat, the Chief Minister instructed officials to conduct the ‘Praja Palana – Pragathi Pranalika’ programme from the 6th to June 12 and to execute a 99-day action plan in five phases. He emphasized that only genuine beneficiaries must receive welfare benefits and that ineligible persons should be removed from the system.

He made it clear that beneficiary selection must henceforth be carried out through facial recognition to prevent duplication and misuse. The technology will be made mandatory for every scheme. He noted that the implementation of facial recognition in Aasara pensions helped identify and remove nearly three lakh ineligible beneficiaries.

The Chief Minister also directed officials to intensify outreach regarding ration cards, fine rice distribution, Indiramma housing, and free electricity up to 200 units. Public awareness about reforms in the education sector must be strengthened. Government hospitals should be linked with nearby medical colleges to improve healthcare standards. He further instructed that monthly bills of mid-day meal agencies be cleared on time without delay.
