రాష్ట్రంలో ప్రతి అర్హుడికి సొంతింటి కలను నెరవేర్చాలనే ఉద్దేశంతో రేవంత్ రెడ్డి నాయకత్వంలోని ప్రభుత్వం ఇందిరమ్మ ఇండ్ల మంజూరును కొనసాగిస్తోంది. ఇప్పటికే లక్షలాది ఇళ్లను మంజూరు చేసిన ప్రభుత్వం, అర్బన్ ప్రాంతాల్లో 5 నుంచి 10 అంతస్తుల టవర్ల రూపంలో గృహ నిర్మాణాన్ని ప్రారంభించేందుకు చర్యలు చేపట్టింది.

హైదరాబాద్, రంగారెడ్డి, సంగారెడ్డి, మేడ్చల్ జిల్లాల కోర్ అర్బన్ పరిధిలో ఇందిరమ్మ ఇండ్ల నిర్మాణం ప్రారంభమవుతుందని హౌసింగ్ మంత్రి పొంగులేటి శ్రీనివాస్ రెడ్డి తెలిపారు. వచ్చే నెల చివరినాటికి లబ్ధిదారుల ఎంపిక పూర్తి చేసి, సొంత స్థలాలు ఉన్న వేలాది మందికి మంజూరు పత్రాలు అందజేయాలని అధికారులకు ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేసినట్లు వెల్లడించారు.

మురికివాడల్లో ఇందిరమ్మ మోడల్ టవర్ల నిర్మాణం, అసంపూర్తిగా ఉన్న డబుల్ బెడ్రూం ఇళ్ల పూర్తి, పూర్తయిన గృహాల కేటాయింపు వంటి అంశాలపై సంబంధిత మంత్రులు, అధికారులు సమీక్ష నిర్వహించారు. స్థానిక పరిస్థితులను బట్టి బహుఅంతస్తుల టవర్ల నిర్మాణంపై తుది నిర్ణయం కేబినెట్ సమావేశంలో తీసుకునే అవకాశం ఉందని పేర్కొన్నారు.

ట్రిపుల్ ఆర్, ఓఆర్ఆర్ పరిధిలో మధ్యతరగతి ప్రజల కోసం గృహ నిర్మాణానికి స్థలాలను గుర్తించి త్వరలో నివేదిక ఇవ్వాలని అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. అలాగే అసంపూర్తిగా ఉన్న 2బీహెచ్‌కే ఇళ్లకు లబ్ధిదారుల ఎంపికను మార్చి చివరినాటికి పూర్తి చేసి, మిగిలిన నిధులను హౌసింగ్ కార్పొరేషన్ ద్వారా మంజూరు చేసే విధానాన్ని అమలు చేస్తామని తెలిపారు.

అనర్హులు లేదా నివాసం లేకుండా ఖాళీగా ఉన్న ఇళ్లను గుర్తించి చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని, బోగస్ లబ్ధిదారులను తొలగించి అర్హులైన పేదలకు కేటాయించాలని కలెక్టర్లకు సూచించారు. ప్రతి గృహానికి తాగునీరు, విద్యుత్, డ్రైనేజ్ వంటి మౌలిక వసతులు కల్పించాలని ప్రభుత్వం స్పష్టం చేసింది.

The government, led by Revanth Reddy, is continuing the sanction of houses under the Indiramma scheme to fulfil the dream of home ownership for eligible poor families. After approving lakhs of houses, it now plans to begin construction of 5-to-10-storey residential towers in urban regions.

Housing Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy announced that construction will commence in the core urban zones of Hyderabad, Rangareddy, Sangareddy, and Medchal districts, with beneficiary selection expected to conclude by next month. Sanction letters are set to be issued to thousands who already possess house sites.

The review also covered completion of pending double-bedroom houses, allocation of finished units, and development of Indiramma model towers in slum areas. A final decision on multi-storey construction is likely in the upcoming Cabinet meeting.

Officials were directed to identify land for housing projects aimed at middle-class families within the Triple-R and ORR regions and to complete beneficiary selection for unfinished 2BHK houses by March-end, with remaining funds to be released through the Housing Corporation.

Authorities were further instructed to act against ineligible or non-resident beneficiaries, remove bogus allotments, and ensure basic civic amenities such as drinking water, electricity, and drainage for all housing units.
