పేద పిల్లలు చదువు మానేయకుండా ముందుకు సాగేందుకు ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ప్రభుత్వం ప్రారంభించిన తల్లికి వందనం పథకం విద్యార్థులకు ఆర్థిక వెన్నుదన్నుగా నిలుస్తోంది. ప్రభుత్వ, ప్రైవేట్ పాఠశాలల్లో 1వ తరగతి నుంచి 12వ తరగతి వరకూ చదివే విద్యార్థుల తల్లుల ఖాతాల్లో ఏటా ₹15,000 జమ చేయనున్నారు. ఇందులో ₹13,000 తల్లి ఖాతాలోకి, ₹2,000 పాఠశాల నిర్వహణకు కేటాయిస్తారు. గతంలోని అమ్మ ఒడి పథకం కంటే విస్తృతంగా అమలవుతున్న ఈ పథకం ఇప్పటికే 67 లక్షల మందికి వర్తించింది.
The Andhra Pradesh government’s new initiative, Thalliki Vandanam, provides financial aid of ₹15,000 per student annually, directly deposited into the mother’s bank account. This welfare program aims to prevent dropouts and promote uninterrupted education for students from economically weaker sections. Unlike the previous Amma Vodi scheme, Thalliki Vandanam benefits every eligible student in a family, making education more accessible.
