తెలంగాణలో డీలిమిటేషన్ అంశం మరోసారి రాజకీయంగా చర్చనీయాంశమైంది. సీఎం రేవంత్ రెడ్డి లోక్సభ సీట్ల పునర్విభజనపై అభ్యంతరాలు వ్యక్తం చేస్తూ ప్రధాని మోదీకి లేఖ రాశారు. అదే సమయంలో ఎక్స్ వేదికగా దక్షిణాది రాష్ట్రాల హక్కుల కోసం తన అభిప్రాయాన్ని వెల్లడించారు. మహిళా రిజర్వేషన్లు మరియు లోక్సభ సీట్ల పెంపు వేర్వేరు అంశాలని ఆయన పేర్కొన్నారు. జనాభా ఆధారంగా సీట్ల పెంపు దక్షిణాది రాష్ట్రాలకు అన్యాయం చేస్తుందని అభిప్రాయపడ్డారు.

ఈ వ్యాఖ్యలపై కేంద్రమంత్రి కిషన్ రెడ్డి స్పందిస్తూ సీఎం వ్యాఖ్యలను తప్పుబట్టారు. మహిళలకు రిజర్వేషన్లు కల్పించాలంటే డీలిమిటేషన్ అవసరమని స్పష్టం చేశారు. పార్లమెంట్లో ఈ అంశంపై చర్చ జరుగుతుందని, అన్ని పార్టీలూ పాల్గొనాలని కోరారు. కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ గతంలో ఈ అంశాన్ని పట్టించుకోలేదని విమర్శించారు.
అదే సమయంలో సీఎం రేవంత్ రెడ్డి ఢిల్లీ పర్యటనలపై కూడా కిషన్ రెడ్డి ప్రశ్నించారు. రాష్ట్ర ప్రజలకు స్పష్టత ఇవ్వాలని, బీజేపీ విధానం భిన్నమని అన్నారు. ఈ పరిణామంతో డీలిమిటేషన్ అంశం తెలంగాణ రాజకీయాల్లో కీలక చర్చగా మారింది.

Chief Minister Revanth Reddy raised objections over the proposed redistribution of Lok Sabha seats and wrote to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He also voiced concerns on social media, emphasizing the rights of southern states. He clarified that women’s reservation and seat delimitation are separate issues and should not be linked.
Revanth Reddy argued that increasing Lok Sabha seats based on population could disadvantage southern and smaller states. Union Minister Kishan Reddy strongly responded to these remarks. He stated that delimitation is necessary for implementing women’s reservation in legislative bodies. He invited all parties to participate in the parliamentary discussion on the issue and criticized the Congress for neglecting women’s reservation in the past.
Kishan Reddy also questioned the Chief Minister’s frequent visits to Delhi, asking for transparency. He asserted that the BJP would ensure no injustice to any region. The exchange has intensified the political discourse around delimitation in Telangana.
