కామారెడ్డి జిల్లా చిన్నమల్లారెడ్డి గ్రామంలో పాదయాత్ర సమయంలో ఇల్లు కోల్పోయిన బాధితులకు ఇచ్చిన హామీని నిలబెట్టుకుంటూ ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి రెండు కొత్త ఇండ్లు నిర్మింపజేశారు. 2023 మార్చి 18న పీసీసీ అధ్యక్షుడిగా హాథ్ సే హాథ్ జోడో యాత్ర సందర్భంగా కామారెడ్డి జిల్లా చిన్నమల్లారెడ్డి గ్రామం మీదుగా పాదయాత్ర సాగినప్పుడు భారీ వర్షాల కారణంగా ఇల్లు కూలిపోయి నిరాశ్రయులైన బాధితులను రేవంత్ రెడ్డి పరామర్శించారు. ఆ సమయంలో వారి పరిస్థితి చూసి స్పందించిన ఆయన, కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిన తర్వాత వారికి ఇల్లు నిర్మించి ఇస్తామని హామీ ఇచ్చారు.
కామారెడ్డి మండలం చిన్నమల్లారెడ్డి గ్రామానికి చెందిన భిక్కనూరు లక్ష్మి, చిట్యాల రాజమణి కుటుంబాలకు ఇచ్చిన ఆ హామీని ప్రభుత్వం అమలు చేసింది. లక్ష్మికి పాత ఇల్లు కూలిపోయిన స్థలంలో కొత్త ఇందిరమ్మ ఇల్లు నిర్మించారు. అలాగే రాజమణికి కూడా కొత్త ఇల్లు నిర్మించి అందించారు.
ముఖ్యమంత్రి సూచనల మేరకు ప్రభుత్వ సలహాదారు మొహమ్మద్ అలీ షబ్బీర్ అలీ ఇండ్ల నిర్మాణ పనులను పర్యవేక్షించారు. నూతన ఇండ్ల గృహప్రవేశ కార్యక్రమంలో కూడా పాల్గొన్నారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా కుటుంబాలకు ముఖ్యమంత్రి తరఫున సారెను బహుకరించారు. కార్యక్రమంలో స్థానిక ప్రజా ప్రతినిధులు, జిల్లా అధికారులు, గ్రామస్తులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
During the ‘Haath Se Haath Jodo Yatra’ on March 18, 2023, when Revanth Reddy was serving as the PCC president, he visited Chinnamallareddy village in Kamareddy district. During the padyatra, he met families who had lost their homes due to heavy rains and assured them that new houses would be constructed if the Congress government came to power.
Fulfilling that promise, the government has now constructed houses for the affected families. A new Indiramma house was built for Bhikkanur Laxmi at the same place where her old house had collapsed. Another new house was constructed for Chityala Rajamani.
On the directions of the Chief Minister, government adviser Mohammed Ali Shabbir Ali supervised the construction works and also attended the housewarming ceremonies. On the occasion, sarees were presented to the women on behalf of the Chief Minister. Local public representatives, district officials and villagers participated in the event.
