Centre Approves ₹41,534 Crore Fertilizer Subsidy for Kharif Season
ఎరువుల సబ్సిడీ పెంపు నిర్ణయం
ఖరీఫ్ సీజన్కు ఎరువుల సబ్సిడీని పెంచుతూ కేంద్రం కీలక నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది. రైతులకు అందుబాటు ధరల్లో ఎరువులు అందేలా రూ.41,534 కోట్లకు క్యాబినెట్ ఆమోదం తెలిపింది.
The Centre has approved a higher fertilizer subsidy of ₹41,534 crore for the Kharif season to ensure availability at affordable prices for farmers.
తెలంగాణ సహా దేశవ్యాప్తంగా రైతులకు ఉపశమనం కలిగించేలా కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం పీ అండ్ కే ఎరువులపై సబ్సిడీని పెంచింది. ఏప్రిల్ 1 నుంచి సెప్టెంబర్ 30 వరకు అమలులో ఉండే ఈ నిర్ణయం ఖరీఫ్ సీజన్ను దృష్టిలో పెట్టుకుని తీసుకుంది. అంతర్జాతీయ మార్కెట్లో ధరలు పెరిగినా రైతులపై అదనపు భారం పడకుండా చర్యలు చేపట్టింది.
ప్రత్యేకంగా డై-అమ్మోనియమ్ ఫాస్ఫేట్ (DAP) ధరను స్థిరంగా ఉంచుతూ 50 కిలోల సంచి రూ.1,350గానే కొనసాగించనున్నారు. ఎరువుల ముడిసరుకులైన యూరియా, ఫాస్ఫేటిక్, పొటాషిక్ పదార్థాల ధరల మార్పులను పరిశీలించి ఈ సబ్సిడీని హేతుబద్ధీకరించారు.
న్యూట్రియెంట్ బేస్డ్ సబ్సిడీ (NBS) విధానం కింద ఎరువుల కంపెనీలకు సబ్సిడీ అందించబడుతుంది. దీని ద్వారా రైతులకు DAP, NPKS వంటి ఎరువులు నియంత్రిత ధరలకు అందుబాటులో ఉండేలా ప్రభుత్వం చర్యలు తీసుకుంటోంది.
ప్రస్తుతం 28 రకాల ఎరువులను సబ్సిడీపై అందిస్తున్నట్లు ప్రభుత్వం తెలిపింది. ఖరీఫ్ సీజన్లో వ్యవసాయ ఉత్పత్తి పెంపుకు అవసరమైన ఎరువుల సరఫరా నిలకడగా ఉండేలా చర్యలు కొనసాగుతున్నాయి.
ఈ నిర్ణయం రైతుల ఖర్చులను తగ్గించడమే కాకుండా వ్యవసాయ ఉత్పత్తి స్థిరత్వాన్ని కాపాడటానికి ఉపయోగపడనుంది. నిపుణుల అభిప్రాయం ప్రకారం, పెరిగిన సబ్సిడీతో రైతులకు ఆర్థిక భారం తగ్గే అవకాశం ఉంది.
The Union government has increased subsidy support for Phosphatic and Potassic fertilizers to provide relief to farmers across Telangana and the country. The subsidy will be applicable from April 1 to September 30 during the Kharif season. Despite rising global prices, the government has ensured that farmers are not burdened.
The price of Di-Ammonium Phosphate (DAP) has been kept unchanged at ₹1,350 per 50 kg bag. Adjustments were made considering fluctuations in raw material prices such as urea, phosphate, and potash.
Under the Nutrient Based Subsidy (NBS) scheme, fertilizer companies will receive financial support, ensuring steady supply of fertilizers like DAP and NPKS at controlled prices.
Currently, 28 grades of fertilizers are being provided under subsidy. The move is aimed at ensuring availability and affordability of fertilizers during the crucial Kharif agricultural season.
Experts believe this decision will reduce the financial burden on farmers and support agricultural productivity across Telangana and India.
